The V4L warranty ROCKS! I had a manual passthrough's button stick in on me, burning up (inside, literally burning, melting the plastic on the outside) the cartomizer.

I sent an e-mail and was told that a replacement was on its way. Yeah, customer service!

Only thing I can come up with is this: He's been such a good supplier that basically every last one of his customers has given him their highest recommendations, resulting in a large amount of business. And that has allowed him to grow to the point where he can make big enough bulk purchases to manage to turn a profit. From what I've tracked, until last weekend he was working basically out of home, and only now has managed to get the base to move to a real offices, which means that his business attitude is now bearing fruit. Rather than being stuck working from home to a smaller customer base due to making sure he got as much money as he could, he's turned into a bigger business with happy repeat loyal customers, and benefited everyone.
He gets a much more solid footing in this industry, and we get good value and great reliable service. It's a win-win. And it shows that Steve is looking to the future from the very beginning, which classifies him as a visionary, and I suspect this is only the beginning.

Default short batteries yet?

anyone know if the short batterys came in yet? On the vapor king manuel battery with all the radical colors, is the black one pure blace or has bunch of stuff on it?
the no logo batteries are they the same quality as the VK batts and how long are they?
I need batteries and cant wait any more lol. Thank you
