I would like to say thanks to the V4L team as well. I ordered a kit that came in while I was visiting my mother. I had another brand of e-cig but was not pleased with the cartamizer taste...but I wanted to try and convince my 70 yr old mother to try and use the e-cig. She loved it so I ordered her V4L on Monday. When I got home yesterday I ripped into my V4L package and loved it however one of the batteries would not work. I e-mailed V4L and they are replacing it.
That being said my mom called me today (she lives in Tx and I NC) she could not believe her package had already arrived. She could not get the batteries to work for her at all, only the PT. I called V4L for her and explained the problems and they are taking care of it right away.

My mom is now happily vaping away on her pass through and playing around on her new computer. I cant thank you guys enough!

Not ours, V4L should last Much longer. Our Cartomizers are made to be disposable, but, many people refill up to 20 plus times.,our batteries should last many more months. As for our warrantee, fuggetabouit, we will treat y'all right. I make our company better, than ALL the rest, cause, our customers are the most important.

just don't let the battery go for a swim when you're out tipping a few back

Im new to all this..after days of reading and tonns of website browsing I realised you are all right, V4L is simply the best site! So I placed my order last night and im pleased with the way the shipping works compared to other sites (just hope Canada Customs dosent hold it) I am very impressed with the warranty program. I'll tell ya from experience that I've never had an issue with Canada Customs. Packages sit in customs about 10 minutes before being released to Canada Post.

You'll be vaping in no time!

Let us know how it goes for you!

The bars that I frequent (Bettys, Cloak and Dagger and a couple in Kensington Market) are pretty cool about it. I tend to stealth and hide the LED, just out of habit, but they've always thought it cool.

One bartender mentioned that as long as it kept me inside during the winter, ordering more drinks, he loved it.

Can't say enough about Vapor4Life and them standing behind their products!!! And I'm a newbie!!! Also want to say that the videos on the site are terrific. I got all this stuff in the mail and just looked at it in confusion - but remembered that Vapor4Life had put up some new videos - made everything clear on what to do and I really appreciate that!!!! I ordered the FULL package (the $80 some dollar one) and I would recommend it - you will save money in the long run!!! I was smoking 2 packs a day at $67 a carton!!!! Think about that!!! $67 every 5 days!!! Plus, even though everyone on this forum told me to go with the flavored ones instead of the tobacco flavors - after 44 years of smoking was convinced I needed the tobacco flavor!! Thanks to Vapor4Life and adding some more flavors (at no charge) I don't want the tobacco flavors!!! I have found MY flavor!!! I switched years ago to a low tar and nicotine analog - all that did was turn me in to a chain smoker!!! But, since I was used to smoking the low nicotine - ordered the lowest nicotine with my e-cig. It took me about a week to get off the analogs completely - and I think that was because I wasn't getting as much nicotine as I was used to. However, I am glad I started with the lowest! And during that first week - was down to 4 analogs by the second day!!! I have already put through another order (and received it) because one of the flavors that was included I absolutely fell in love with!!! A comment I would like to make in regards to the FDA. When people say to me that they are NOT FDA APPROVED I just laugh - and then I tell them my horror stories!!! I have been on medication that is FDA approved that almost caused my death, made me have to have surgeries, etc. AND the FDA has approved a nicotine inhaler that you get by prescription from your doctor (Nicotrol Inhaler) that is absolutely disgusting!!!! Then they say - but they are made in China! Well, guess what folks, so are your generic medicines and probably some of the name brand ones too!!! To me, if the government takes these away from us - I believe that they will be signing my death warrant! I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING (gums, patch, hypnosis, laser therapy, pills, Nicotrol Inhaler (you name it, I have tried it and nothing worked for me) - this is the only thing that has ever worked for me!!!! And I can not be more grateful - and especially to be dealing with Vapor4Life!!!! I researched for months before deciding and knew that Steve had a great reputation!! That is why I went with Vapor4Life and am glad I did! Thanks again Steve - and thanks Mark for doing the videos and making it so easy to understand when it looked really confusing when I got all this stuff!!!! Just one funny little thing: My cat hasn't quite figured this out yet. She hated my analog cigs and would always run when I lit one up. I vape and she gives me a strange look like she is going to take off but then inches closer and keeps smelling and putting her nose on the green light! She can't quite figure out why this thing that to her is exactly like an analog - doesn't stink or irritate her nose!!!!! My husband is gone for a few weeks and is going to be so thrilled when he gets back and I am OFF the analogs!!!! He has never smoked!!! And over the years, my smoking has started to physically irritate him more - not to mention just irritate him!!!! So, I believe you are also saving a marriage of 38 going on 39 years!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Let's not let the government take these away from us!!!!

Ciera...these are the stories that keep us motivated.

Sticky-worthy, totally.

Well said Ciera. Some people on the ECF forum think that we praise V4L to get freebies, (got to admit they are nice) what they don't understand is that each one of us is treated like we are the only customer, why wouldn't you shout it out. I ordered a UU kit for my brother, on that order he rec'd a 30% Vet discount, plus still got freebies in his kit. I had requested a long battery vs short, and it was missed when it was sent out. I contacted Mark, and he told me to keep the short ones and that he would send out a pkg. on Monday. He told me to pay it forward, and is also sending a USB charger for the person that gets it. I have ordered/dealt with many vendors on this forum, I've always been treated well, but V4L steps it up many notches. Jen in her post said it well too. Yes, carts are higher here, but when you get your pkg. and have an extra batt, PT and juice or more carto's, it's actually cheaper than many others. Selection is also key, V4L has it all.
