Hey Smilin I want to add that your new batteries really good. I haven't had not one problem yet. So I guess I wont never know about your warranty, because at this rate on how these batteries are working it will be at least 2-3 months before the battery will begin to fade. But that's normal with smaller lithium batteries. The only way to change that is get those far more advance batteries which are not compatible at this moment for all ecigs. maybe 1 to 2 years they might be. based on how technology is growing

Steve, you know I'm a brand new convert to the VK so have nothing to say about your warranty from first hand experience. All I can say is ... you blow me away with your attitude and zeal! You offer your products at excellent prices, THEN you throw in a 10 or 20 percent coupon, THEN you throw in freebies and NOW you have this warranty that is amazing. Oh yeah ... AND you hint at bigger and better things coming soon. I just don't know how much better it could get. I'm loving my VK!!! Love it, love it, love it! As long as the FDA doesn't totally screw us around, this is the beginning of a long and beautiful relationship!

I have to agree with everyone that Steve and V4L has the best customer service and now probably the best warranty. Can't wait to see what is in store for us next. Maybe manual batteries? thanks again Steve.
