Indeed great customer service! Had some issues with a few carts and mentioned it in the comments in my next order and Steve replace carts free of charge! Always smilin when dealing with V4L! |

wow i fully agree v4l has the best costumer service/ warrantee i have ever heard of! i was having a problem with my passthrough and chatting about it with some people in the forum and in pops dohsma and smilin saying they will send a new one on the next order! wow i never even asked! not many companies have done that for me and i now know my go to supplier! thanks smilin and dohsma! |

Can't make any comments on warranties because ... I haven't had any issues! Everything works as it should ... well except my USB passthru and that isn't because of the passthru, it's because of my laptop! Have to admit that I was wondering what all the hoopla was about the passthru until I bought a USB car charger and plugged it into that to vape in the car. THEN I knew what the raves were about! With the proper power source, it is awesome!! Don't know why my laptop can't seem to provide the juice required as it is always plugged in but think it is probably because it is old and on it's last legs. MUST remember to back everything up tomorrow ... Anyway, it is comforting to know from the comments from people who have had some problems that they are always taken care of with no questions asked. Steve and the V4L crew are absolutely top notch!! |

A person who stands completely behind their word and product in this day and age is truly refreshing and increasingly rare. V4L's unyielding support of its customers has a potential impact far beyond happy customers, or good/smart biz practice - we all know how intimidating and off putting this e-cig thing can be for curious noobs. One bad experience with a junk product or less than honest vendor can send a potential convert running for their cancer sticks and can literally take years off their lives. In short, by supporting and encouraging his customers, Steve is straight-up saving lives by being an honest and generous business person. Way to keep it pono, Steve! A hui hou! Rob
