Talking Vapor4Life SMILIN Warrantee-Best anywhere-Please Give us Your Opinions

I just wanted to let our customers know of the way, we like to handle warrantee issues.

If you have a problem, let us know ASAP, we believe our customers, and at this time, do NOT require you to ship these items back for inspection. We prefer you to add your comments in section, upon checkout if purchases, and we will ship you brand new replacements, for your enjoyment.

Most of our products are handmade, thus, have a small percentage of less than perfect. We strive, for perfection, and desire our customers to have the best.
We work tirelessly to provide you, with the respect you deserve, and will treat you, the exact way, we would want to be treated, if we where in your position.

I do not put an exact timeline for warrantee, as long as you seem honest, and treat us the way you want to be treated yourself.

Vapor4Life is on a mission to help folks Vape, and not Smoke.

Plain, and simple.

Please let us know your thoughts, on our new Warrantee policy

I couldn't imagine your customer service or warranty being any better. But you have gone and done it now. This is the best customer service and warranty I have ever heard of.

I agree with Andy, I've benefited from your warranty before and I'm still feeling somewhat guilty about not sending that battery back to you!

Steve has an awesome warranty and I can tell you this first hand. I had a couple of problems with a battery and case and I talked to Steve about it tonight and he is sending me a brand new one of each for free to me tomorrow. Responded fast to my emails and was extremely helpful. Love the service that Steve provides.

It is a great idea, fortunaly I have not needed the warrantee!! Everything I got worked as expected or better! I read a lot of posts on ECF and everything I recieved from V4L have not had any problems, I was expecting problem by reading what other people have experienced.

Why deal with having 20 atty's and 10 batteries in standy, and carrying 10 carts or a bottle around with you? I carry 1 battery and 2 carts, I have yet to need the second cart or battery, but like to have a different flavor handy if my mood changes!

I am about to place another big order when smilin gets his shipment, my wife is now a convert, and I have gotten other people from work interested... expect some to come your way from KCKS steve!

I think you aren't getting a lot of feedback because there is little or nothing to say.

Everyone on this forum knows now that your service is #1, your warranty policy is #1 and your product is #1. IMO

You have set a pretty high standard that no other supplier is like to match.

This is how it should be. If you buy something and it doesn't work it gets fixed. The problem and all these crazy warantees and things come from either crap products, dishonest businessmen, customers who are abusing the business. Lets not screw up a good thing people.

I had a problem with a battery. They replaced it on my next order. Vapor4Life has earned my loyalty. I just can't say enough about the product and Customer service.
