Yet Again - Incredible Customer Service and Shipping

I placed an order on Sunday for several items which included three cart packages of menthol for a friend. I received an e-mail confirmation of the order, as usual. I then received e-mail confirmation on Monday that the order had shipped. When I got home from work there was a message from Steve that there was a mix up with the order. I called Steve and he said his website should not have let me order the menthol carts as he was out of stock. He then stated that he had gone into his personal stash and sent two methol cart packs and a mint cart pack. My frind really didn't mind about the mint, but needed some carts for cruise she leaves on Saturday. What Steve didn't mention is that he included another extra cart pack and a usb passthrough with the order for free. THANK YOU STEVE!
