Quick Question about the $10 cases

I noticed these cases are the same form factor as the PCC, but obviously not a PCC. What is the layout inside of these/What can I fit in there? Anyone have a pic of it opened as the vapor4life website doesn't seem to show any of them opened.

They are basicly the same outside but I feel the PCC is more practical and sturdy.
