PCC Question.
I just got my PCC in the mail. I'm a little confused it seems I am having a connection problem with my auto batt. The battery LED is not staying solid when I screw my auto batt in. I noticed if you just touch the battery to the center of the chargeing port the light stays solid but when I screw it down the light does not stay solid it blinks occasionally but seems to stay out for the most part.
Upon looking at the threaded end of my manual batt in comparrison to my auto batt I see there is more meat on the manual batt and as I figured the LED stays solid all the time when I screw my manual batt in. Is it normal for the LED to not stay solid or am I haveing a connection issue with my auto batt?
Upon screwing down my other auto batt I am getting a solid LED. I think it may just be an issue with only one of my auto batts... Hmmm any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Looking at the PCC there are two LEDs. One is for charging the PCC. When you plug into the USB port, the light will turn red as it is charging and turn green when it is charged fully. The other LED is for the battery. When the battery is charging in the case, it turns red. When it is fully charged it will blink. If you leave the battery in after it is charged, periodically it will go red for a bit, then start blinking again when it realizes that the battery is fully charged.
Is the battery you are putting in charged?

Now that I plugged my battery into my USB Charger it shows me that it is in fact fully charged. I am shocked as I have been using this batt all day. Does the PCC has some magic super fast chargeing ability or somthing? I think you are right Jenn and it is blinking because it is fully charged with this batt. WOWZERS

Well, if you aren't familiar with the PCC it was an easy conclusion to draw.
Glad you figured it out!

If your PCC is fully charged, and you screw in a battery, and the bottom (there's two) LED turns on, then off and pips..or blinks...every like 10 sec..it's telling you that the battery in question is charged. solid bottom light means "charging the battery".."pip" means fully charged.
Why a battery you used all day would read as fully charged? Not a clue, but i'd use it till it blinks angrily at you (the blinking-meanie signal that screams charge me noob!) and *then* try it.
