Need help!!! Just rec'd 1st order.

I can't see where my reply came up so am trying again. No instructions came with the order, and none of the videos I saw showed taking the plug out. That was, indeed, the problem. And I really, REALLY like this! Thanks all!

I made an order with V4l and rec'd batteries and a selection of carteridges. My problem? I have to push the cartridge really hard in order to screw it on the battery. But, then when I suck on it...there IS no suction. Nothing happens. Yes, I charged the batteries. Advice please?

Wow, I'm shocked that you were able to actually screw the cart on with the "butt plug" (as KC would call it) still in the cart. Glad you got it figured out though and it's awesome that you like it! Welcome to the clan

actually it will screw on with the plug in it. ( i did it also) lol. but new something was wrong when it was hard to screw it on and looked again. the price you might pay when new and going from a 510 to a vk

I guess the lesson here is that it's hard to screw (the battery) with the 'butt plug' in place.

Wow! Thanks ya'll! No instructions came with this and the videos didn't say or show it, so I didn't know to take the plug out. I did, and it screwed on fine. Oh yes, this is nice. Sorry to be such a dummy!

Well, I was just about to post the below in quotation marks when I saw what happened (I hate having to hit the refresh button a gazillion times to see the current posts).

"Please don't be offended by me asking this but I've seen it in the New Members Forum before, so...did you remove the little cart "condoms" from both ends of the cartomizer, and did you remove the little plug thingie from the battery end where the threads are?"
