Unhappy Need help!!! Just rec'd 1st order.

I made an order with V4l and rec'd batteries and a selection of carteridges. My problem? I have to push the cartridge really hard in order to screw it on the battery. But, then when I suck on it...there IS no suction. Nothing happens. Yes, I charged the batteries. Advice please?

I have to admit I'm a little confused here ... you shouldn't have to 'push' the carts at all. Once you take off the rubber caps on each end and the plug out of the bottom, the threads on the cart should just ... well ... screw on to the battery. I know it might be a bit difficult to be more specific in your explanation but ... can you?

Wow, I'm befuddled with this one. Have you tried it on both batteries and several cartomizers with the same result? Are the batteries manual batteries? with a button on them?

You shouldn't have to push on the cartomizers at all to screw them in.

Yikes, can't imagine what is going wrong. The cartridges should be screwed on...not pushed...there are threads on both the cartridges and the battery. Have you tried that?

I am lost too, unless you didn't remove the plug? More info, I am sure we can set you right...

Ok, I just tried to duplicate what he described by leaving the plug in, and that would make you have to push to screw it in. Maybe that is it?

Wow! Thanks ya'll! No instructions came with this and the videos didn't say or show it, so I didn't know to take the plug out. I did, and it screwed on fine. Oh yes, this is nice. Sorry to be such a dummy!
