Yes, I found they will hold 30+ without anything dripping out the other end but its not necessary. I've been filling with about 18 and topping off and they're perfect.

I have found that 30 is the limit for me. That is doing Taryn's spin trick twice.

I put in 20, spin, put in 10, do one last spin & put the caps back on.

I haven't tried mine yet, but I can consistently get 30 to 40 drops in used carts that I have washed out, so we'll see how many drops the blanks hold...

So who is actually filling the orders these days? This is not the first of these posts I've seen today about missing items, so it's worrisome, at least to me. And it just seems so STRANGE -- cuz every one of my orders has been absolutely perfect and then some.

V4L has always been the absolute best -- maybe they are frustrated with all the flavor complaints and mislabeled cartos or something? We are all human, after all.

But I guess I have to ask: what's going on, guys?
