Question Vapor 4 Life (V4L) and all the Hype?...

    A little background info:
I've been looking for a better e-cig. One with more throat hit and vapor because my husband isn't happy with our Envy e-cigs (Envy's a mini m403 series, I think) at all. The Envy was an accidental find at a smoke shop that we buy our cigarette supplies from, and I do like the Envy. We had never even heard of an e-cig until then (2 months ago). He told me that e-cigs weren't for him because they aren't close enough to a real cig to satisfy him.
I was disappointed because I think vaping is a better alternative to smoking and I wanted him to switch over. So, I started searching the internet reading reviews etc. trying to find "the one" that would change his mind.
After about 3 weeks of reading I decided on a KR808D-1 model. Then I read up on best suppliers on this e-cig forum site. Which made it more difficult, because several suppliers came highly recommended all providing awesome customer service, fast service, and decent warranties...etc. So, I began reading the "about us" pages, and Steve's blew me away. What he wrote came across as extremely sincere, filled with dedication and compassion. I decided to give V4L a try.
Then I read the "Leaford is heading to China" thread. After that, I knew Steve was who he said he was. He honestly strives to bring his customers what they want in an e-cig. I would never find that kind of service anywhere else, period!! *All this admiration, but I still hadn't tried the Vapor King...lol!!!*
Well, I got my order today. It was everything I asked for, all of the customizations and cartomizers that I had requested were accurate. Oh and Wow!! This kit is beautiful, the quality of the batteries, the cartomizers, the pass thru, and the carry case are all top notch!! The design and logos of the cartomizers and batteries are truly gorgeous!! The web pictures do not do them justice. They are far more superior than the small price I paid for them, and that was a pleasant surprise.
Now for the hard part: do they deliver what Steve and all of you here on this site claim. Awesome throat hit and superior vapor?
Absolutely, all I can say is wow!!! My husband is hooked!!! Yep, he's been vaping on the pass thru since I got home... He had to admit that he was impressed, and thanked me for all of the research I had done. He loves the hit, vapor, and taste... I am totally thrilled.
Thank you Steve, everyone from V4L, and all of you on this forum and the e-cig site. Thank you so much for all of the information and help you all provide here!! We are officially part of the V4L family!!!

Great to hear! Sounds a bit like my journey, but I was lucky enough to read a lot and find this forum first!
And yes, most of us think the hype is pretty real, and well deserved!
No links or hidden innuendo here.

Hello JelliBean, and thanks so much! Welcome to our family.

I see you are from my home town! I live in San Francisco these days, at least when I'm not in China, anyway. My family still lives in Anchorage though, south side of town, near where Minnesota and Old Seward meet.

Thank you Sawlight, Leaford, and Taryn for your words of encouragement. I'm totally going to start advocating for V4L here in Alaska, I don't think they sent enough cards though, I'll have to request more...hehehe.
Oh btw: Leaford your family lives in South, South Anchorage... I lived at the Boniface Tudor intersection., behind the Dental office. Man, it's a small world... I seriously can't believe you are from Anchorage. You took time and replied to my post too, that's so hella awesome!!! Anyhoo, how is China going? I hope the trip is a successful one!!
So, do you miss AK yet? Well, I know you have to miss Koots, the Whaler, or The last Frontier...lol!!! Just kidding...
Thanks again all for the replies.

@jellybean, Glad to hear it has worked so well for you and your hub. Wish mine would convert but he will not even after trying the VK. He does agree that the VK is the closest thing to a cig and he will use my pv in my car because I don't allow smoking in it. I have even tried to compromise with him-use your cigs outside and a pv inside, but no luck.

    Outstanding - welcome!
