    I was emailed a coupon code a few days ago and have been trying to access the site since then. I've tried this on 3 different browsers, but the site just won't load. I don't have a problem with any other site.

    I'd really like to use this coupon, but it expires today. Anything else I can do?

    Very odd it is loading for me.

    Maybe contact customer support?

    I've already contacted them, but I just did it today. Unfortunately, I forget it was Easter, otherwise I would've contacted them sooner.

    The email with the coupon code said that they were going to be updating their site, so I figured that was why I couldn't access the site, which is why I waited.

    I just checked the site on my Kindle Fire as well. The page loads, and shows the new updated look of the site, but I can't log in.

    On my laptop, no matter which browser I use, when the page does load, it still shows up as the old site design. But, even then, I cannot log in. The page just times out, and nothing loads.

    I've cleared all cache, history, etc. and nothing seems to work.

    This really sucks, because I wanted to use that coupon code.

    I finally got the site to load, and added a bunch of stuff to my cart (still can't log in thought), but now the coupon code won't work. The email said that it's valid through today.

    Any ideas?

    Just called and got my order in over the phone.

    I was just now able to log in using Chrome's incognito mode (didn't work before), but still no luck with any other browser, or with my other laptop or Kindle Fire. I've cleared all cache, history, cookies, etc.

    When I tried it on Firefox, I actually had to download and install it first. I imported no settings. Still no dice. I gave the guy on the phone all of this info as well, but thought I'd leave it here so that you can easily refer back to what's been going on.
