Just help a brand newbie over the phone last night and talked her into purchasing over $150 to get the 15% off. SMILIN15 said the same thing "Order is not over $175". I just told her that V4L must have retracted the 15% code and to use SMILIN to get 10%. So she removed a few things and placed a smaller order.

Again, how do you get past this problem with the website?

Steve and Mark, can you get this fixed soon? It doesn't make anyone look good.

Unless they changed it between now and last Saturday, the SMILIN15 code works just fine.

1. Do not include the cost of shipping with your order.

2. If you edit your order in the final stages of the checkout, you might have to close your browser, and clear your browser's history/cache/cookies, etc. After doing this, you should be able to go back and re-enter the coupon code.
