Our manufacturer is a major pharmaceutical company, and manufactures their e-liquid to the same standard. Impressive and immaculate Clean room facilities. All ingredients are pharmaceutical grade, are contained in air tight stainless steel vats, and pumped from mixing tank to mixing tank through air tight piping. And bottle and cartomizers are filled in separate rooms, by workers wearing hairnets, masks, and gloves, who have monthly health checks.
OTOH, there is NO regulation in the US, and no one manufacturing here has the kind of facilities that our manufacturer has. Ask Halo or anyone else for pics of their facilities, and (IF they are willing to show you their conditions, which I doubt they will) compare them to these:

Great photos and info, Leaford. It's obviously a clean and professional environment.

In regards to the OP case question, I picked up a stainless 100's case off ebay. The hinged type similar to the pcc case. Lengthwise it looks to me like 2 assembled e-cigs will fit just fine diagonally in it with room for a few carts also. A little foam to line the inside and keep everything secure and it should work perfectly. After it arrives this week, I'll repost and let you know for sure.

Adrenalynn, try Sigma-Aldrich St Louis. that's where i order the molecular biol grade nic that i use for the lab . I order through a university account, so i don't know if you can set up an individual account. haven't tried (yet- i get my recreational nic through V4L
