    Default Butt Plug Difference?

    What is the difference when a cart has a stem butt plug not attached to the cap and the one attached to the cap? I have gotten carts with both. Is one cart older than the other? This has probably been addressed before but I'm new and don't know the answer. Thanks to all who answer!

    Hard Cap premiums have a tiny attached butt-plug and a small hole.
    Soft Cap Premiums have an unattached butt plug (in the first generation) and a larger hole.

    Hard Cap Regular Second-Gen have an attached butt-plug.
    Hard Cap Regular First-Gen have an unattached butt-plug.

    Lol hope I saw butt plug and my mind went right in the gutter lol, I forgot there was a buttplug for vaping
