Hi Salem, how is the weather supposed to be on the coast this weekend for you

Well we are expecting severe thunderstorms here tomorrow that will hit the coast on Saturday. I am pretty sure that we will be driving in it but Sunday and Monday look nice. Not too hot yet.

It hit 79 degrees here today and was just a tad warm. That same temp on the coast with humidity is a little rough

Fran is primarily a PVT er, I think.

Jan has been here even longer than me and she has JJ's Place over here.

Right. That is a lot to keep up with but maybe they will be able to drop in over there once in awhile.

I occasionally read the new members section but it is always the same thing over and over. But I was there once and I know how important it is for the new members to hear from vets

Its just like this place ... almost exactly the same. The only difference is that it isn't managed by ECF its managed by Vaopr Junction..

The change didn't cause me any major trauma and its not like those chintzy forums that we're used to in other places. This new one is just like this place, even the same servers. And its not like jumping ship or anything. I'm still going to be coming to ECF and going to all the other sites on here that I enjoy going to.

Please come over. It seems like everyone likes it and they all seem real relaxed and cheerful. I really think its going to be a lot of fun and a lot of contests. Come check it out and see what you think.

Thank you, Jerry. It is mainly to take my birds to their avian vet but we will see our son and grandson.
I am going to have my grandson (3.5 years old) for the entire week the week after we get back. He will stay with us while my son is in the Keys fishing with my sister and BIL. My son is a single parent.
