LOL.. you guys are way too funny. Yes, I have been openly critical of Provari, I make no bones about that. This thread does not deal with those issues so I would appreciate it if you would not jump to conclusions.
Creniker,
There are no trade secrets issues here. According to the law if someone independently finds out the information by reverse engineering a device and goes public, that information is fair game and cannot be protected under the trade secrets laws. Those laws are designed to protect the company from willful disclosure of secrets by it's employees who have signed non disclosure agreements.
Scottinboca,
Nailed it on the head. There are many comparisons of Provari and the LavaTube. None of them are based on the actual components and technical specs themselves. I only sought to end this once and for all by bringing the whole truth out into the open.

Your welcome. Ha, I know you were being sarcastic but I really do believe this type of comparison will benefit all. It's not about bashing Provari in the least.
Provari never drops it's voltage under load as the battery drains, the lavatube does... I own both and have metered them both which is how I know this (another ecf member discussed the LT losing voltage which led me to test it for myself). Provari wins a battle that was no contest to begin with. Case closed!!!

I was not referring t you sober4. That is why I initially stated that the Lavatube vs. Provari is comical. There is no comparison. Yes, you are correct in the fact that the Lavatube does in fact drop in voltage as the battery is drained.
