sweet, ive ran the stardust ego clearomisers on my epower with an adapter but the adapter broke.... I need me a new allday at the job pv and this looks great.

Ive never used an ego atomizer/cartridge system, the kind with no pollyfill or other absorbant crap in them....are they any good??? or should i just grab an ego twist,charger, and a couple stardust style clearos?
