From what I can tell, it looks like it is triggered on the inhale through the reset port by a very tiny copper switch/flap. I can actualy get 2 of mine to start just by shaking them a bit.

Question dse701

I got my 701 last week and it had plumes of vapor right out of the box. I was so impressed with it that I ordered another right away.Do you think the manutfacturer makes them in different lots and there is a slight difference every time? The second one also has tons of vapor right out of the box. Both boxes are the deluxe set with a lot of carts. I'm trying to find the exact flavor of the original carts because its the best tasting to me. Does anyone know it? They taste like Hav-a-tampas to me. I was surprised at figureheads video because I got them from litecig also and my vapor was similar to the SD. Maybe they came from different lots like I suspect.

Smile Cart filler

I have the same problem with the cart material sticking so I just push it in a little after refills. This seems to do the trick.

To me this is not a good review. Not the review it's self but the product.
1 dead out of five is unacceptable and the vapor production is poor for a cigar. A cigar is something that i would want to give away for a gift. A good chance to someone that has no experience with any e-cig products. For the filling to be coming out every time would not be a thing that a non user would want to see or deal with. I am a 901 fan and am surprised at the end results here. I am wondering if these are a true slb product or not??? The vapor production along with the cheaper price tag for a dse over a Rn leads me to believe that these are a clone. Not saying that litecig is trying to slip a mickey to anyone but the performance i see from this video gets me wondering if these are dse clones. I sure would like to see some numbers off the atty on one of these to see if it has the SLB stamp? Figurehead, Do you see any numbers?? The newer 901 attys have a higher bridge on them. Was wondering if the atty was a original design for the cigar or a 901 addy.

I haven't seen an RN cigar with a pointy atomizer either. Litecig is selling those?

I posted some pics of what the differences are, with the ones I have.
Puremoker RN's vs a genuine DSE
DSE vs RN cigar internals / differences - pics

I assure you these are TRUE DSE701s and NOT clones or immitations.

I need to do another review because the one that was "dead" or blinking actualy came right back to life and is now my PRIMARY device. The only thing I can find wrong with it was that some of the priming juice gummed up the insides. Before I got ready to ship it back for a replacement I had it sit on end for about 4 days, then I went to try it again and WOW! BAM! Worked like a champ and no more blinking. I then contacted Shawn at litecigusa and told him to not bother replacing it because it works just fine now. As a matter of fact, ALL of these I got from Shawn at litecigusa are working like champs!

I HIGHLY recomend these. The ONLY problem is the filler in the carts, and as I have said plenty of times, that is an easy fix.

Ihave had 4 RN4062s (from another supplier) and kept 2 of these DSE701s from litecigusa for myself and got family members the other 3. The ONLY difference is the matter of a few dollars, the DSE701s are a miniscule bit bigger because of the LED battery cover being slightly more domed, and the break in period of a few hours as opposed to the straight out of the box performance of the RN4062.

I HIGHLY recomend these. Also, as I can tell you, Shawn is very fast to take care of ANY problems. I have spoken to him on the phone, through e-mails and PMs, and he is ALWAYS very fast to reply. I have always been happy with his customer service and would be willing to say that he's going to be as big as Puresmoker very, very soon. He better hire more help! LOL!

OK, If you can't see any numbers it's cool. I was just a bit surprised at the poor vapor production that I saw in the video. The filling coming out of the cart without being singed by the atomizer was puzzling to me. So it is just getting caught on the bridge of the atty? Even if this is the case, It's not a good first impression for the newbie.

You didn't miss it, it wasn't there.

I just made that thread in response to people wondering what the differences are, in this thread
