Great straight forward and informative review. The only part that scared me was at the top of you post you put...

Showing what the cartomizer is on a 510 battery. I bought these cartomizers at Nhaler, and I bought the 510 to 901 adapter at AltSmoke | Personal Vaporizer : The Yeti, JOYE510, DSE901 and More! . The 901 Catomizer adapter came from Vapor Country

...and I knew what every single reference was! Geeze, I have been spending too much time on the forum.

You know that's a really smart idea. Why don't they make 501 cartomizers? I can't imagine an 510 user who would mind having a hand full just for emergencies or at times they don't want to deal with cleaning carrying juice, etc. I don't think I'd use it every day, but I think I'd like to have the option.

DaMulta, thanks for the excellent video! I love it that you are exploring how to blend hardware of different models, which will allow us to be far more flexible with our vaping needs.

Question: are these cartamizers for an e9 battery, like GreenSmoke uses. I have a GS kit with a bunch of cartamizers, and it would be great to use them on my 510 batts or PT.

Also can we go the other direction, that is, my GS PT is an automatic that really rocks! Massive vapor without needing to use a button to activate. Is there a way to use 510 attys and carts on the GS PT?

I know I can, and will, search this out myself, but I wanted to display the question to get people thinking about it.

Have you tried a green cig cart on these yet?? I am DYING to know how it fairs? I know the kr808 auto battery has a notch that allows airflow.. which allows use with the Green cig carts.. does the adapter have a notch cut into it.. either one from altsmoke or vapor country? ( I am hoping as I just got one from Vapor Country) I know the Manual KR808 battery does not have notch so they wont be good green cig carts.
Does anyone own a KR808 and have this adapter and can tell me the differnce in the airflow and which they preffer the carts on?
The cartos for the kr808 (both 26 and 24 are harsh for me) and I am hoping that there is more air with adapter so less throat hit!

altsmoke is just 510 to 901 no side air besides at the bottom(YET the don't work without the adapter). The one from Vapor Country is like the manual extention to charge them in auto chargers. What has happened is that those were ordered with small holes on them(on the side). It does have more air than the standard batteries. I have put a small peice of panters tape on it that I move around the hole to change how much air can come in.

I don't have any green cig carts to try on this tho.

Now you've got me thinking about just getting the 901/carto adapter and using it on my Protege!!!!

You can refill the green cig carts a lot more than the regular cartomizers, right? Oh, and is it true they don't work with manual batteries?

Yes I was eating Ice Cream before the video and some of it ended up on my fingers lol....

Did you count about how many GOOD puffs you get out of one cartoimizer, have you ever tried the epuffer Magnum, or know if they are the same thread type cartoimizer
