| I wish mine worked as well as yours Dusty, I tried rinsing the atomizer out with water and it's even worse now, will have to wait for it to dry I suppose I sent the suppliers an email for a replacement, lets see if they send me a new one! :? |

| Hi all. After much debating I finally ordered these 2 cigs (partly due to RatInDaHat's video review - very cool!). I bought them from an ebay seller and I think I got quite a good deal. I paid £103 for both starter packs, an extra spare battery for each, a spare atomiser for each and a total of 60 carts. That price included shipping by the way. I thought I'd better get spare parts too after reading about problems others on this site have had (hope you get sorted Lozzie). The seller was really good, very fast replies to questions and posted as soon as I paid him, hopefully they'll be here tomorrow. I can't wait! Hope his after sales is as good! Will post with my experiences of these as and when. |

| Hmm.. have the same stuff as RatInDaHat from http://www.myecig.com and I should say Meltrex has done an excellent job sifting through the different e-cigs and finding the best ones to resell. My penstyle initially had a small gap in the screw lip between the battery and atomizer, causing a loud hiss while smoking. It was easily fixed with a little bit of teflon tape. After that I never had any issues at all. Both my penstyle and supermini are still bellowing huge smoke even after two weeks. I have taken a real liking to the high regular flavors of supermini, for the penstyle I got multi-flavored pack from Mel. I pretty much like methol, apple and strawberry, except for vanilla.. which is too strong making it .. yucky for my taste. After I tried these, my roommate also got interested and I order both cigs for him too and he too doesn't have any issues with them. My only other e-cig is a Crown7 cigar, its performance is also good however doesn't give out as much as myecig.com smokes. But it fills the gap while I am recharging the other e-cigs and could be a great drip smoker. |

| got mine today from pillbox. its the pen style. i went for that one because i reckoned the cartridges hold more nicotene than the smaller ones. its also cheap as are the replacement cartidges at around 50p each. the manual is good for a laugh if you like reading bad translations from chinese to english. i think as it is a cheap knock-off no-brand, it might give up but so far the reviews have been good and you get a good volume of smoke. actually i was surprised by how much you do get. you even get that satisfying hit to the back of the throut, though it is kinda of like a hookah like people have said. i got the regular flavour cartidges and the taste of tobacco is very minimal. i wonder if the other types give a better taste. you do have to drag a little harder than a real cigarette. dont think im gonna bother with the e-liquid as the carts are so cheap. also i was surprised that when you take the lid of the cartridges to insert them, the nicotene soaked sponge is open the way it is and liquid is dripping down the sides. i got a few tastes of the liquid at first as i was smoking it pointed vertically into the air lying on my bed and some dripped down onto my lips which sort of numbed them. the manual points this out "it is reccommended to place it horizontally and dont keep it upwards so as to prevent you from inhaling the liquid into your mouth which may cause stimulus to your oral mucosa" also when you drag on it, it makes a sound a but like sucking up the last bit of drink through a straw? is this normal for e-cigs? the batteries seemed to come kind of charged as i only had to plug them in for about 10 mins before the green light came on. they seemed to last about 8 hours though not constant use. the atomizer heats up if you start taking large drags in succession and the light flashes on the end telling you to calm down for a bit. im on my second cart today even though the first one wasnt totally finished, i wanted to put a new one in to show my brother how it works at its peak. so not sure how long they do, im hoping to get one full day of smoking from each cartridge. i tried the trick of romoving the fibre and turning it upside down in the cart to get more of a drag out of it. im wary of trying the dripping method as it might damage this cheap model. has anyone done it with these ones? do you drip a drop down into the atomizer and hope it lands on the filiment or can you just roll it down the inside? all in all im fairly happy with my first e-smoking experience. i havent smoked a cigarette today which is great. i just hope we dont find out that the e-liquid is dangerous especially in these knock-off models. peace
