Why dont you find us a place where we could try w.side meetings (anyone welcome of course) Then we already have an e.side place so we could do this 2 x a month...like I need that added temptation to buy stuff twice a month!!! NO but that would make it available later in the day for a meeting. IDK just thinking outloud again...teehee
hahaha.. well we've (myself, Neo, Juicy97 and anyone else interested) actually been talking about putting together some sort of "unofficial" VIP get together (possibly at someone's house on a weeknight..and possibly kid friendly for those of us that have younguns) for a mixing session and/or pot luck. Maybe I should create a thread for it. Only with Vicky's ok though.. I respect her authoritahhh (in Cartman voice).

Ok wow found others in AZ Great! First question is there an actual e-cig store in the Phoenix Area if so where and what can I get there?

So here is my story, it's depressing: Was at the mall (so you already know where this is leading) and found "smoking everywhere" for years I have been trying to quite analogs. Tried the gum, patches, hypnosis yadda yadda yadda....Took one puff off of the e-cig and couldn't believe that I got a throat hit, I was sold. I did a tiny bit of research on-line but was afraid to try other companies with out trying their product. I tried the Smoking Everywhere Gold and liked it ( I get a bit obsessive with materialist things, major character flaw) went back to the mall a week later and paid over $300.00 for two kits. A few days went by and the atomizer died on me, my carts were gone after about 15 puffs and I was out $300.00. So I researched more and found this form, the people at smoking everywhere did replace my atomizer and I will go back for a year if I have any other issues and get them to keep replacing anything that goes wrong. I bought e-liquid and that seems to make my carts last longer and get more vapor production. The smoking everywhere e-cig is okay but not good enough for me to quite analogs all together. On Monday I ordered a Joye - 510 kit with a PCC from cignot and can not wait to try it out. I am ready to quite completely!
I am a Graphic Designer for The Inventure Group, we make Poore Brothers Chips, as well as Burger king, Fridays, O'Boisies and a few other brands. I enjoy art, playing guitar, video games, video editing and playing with my two sons. I live in surprise AZ and work in Phoenix, too long of a drive and where I spend most of my time smoking, hopefully soon spending most of my time vaping.

Welcome to the group grereed! Unfortunately I'M not aware of any retail e-cig stores other than the smoking everywhere carts at the malls. Anyone else know of any? We do have a few local suppliers though such as ECigSupply and PHX Smokeless for hardware and Aroma-E Juice and Wet Your Stick for e-liquid. Some suppliers will allow you to pick up from them with some notice (I picked up a 510 kit from PHX Smokeless at one point and pick up liquid all the time haha). But if you're not a "gotta have it RIGHT NOW" kind of guy like me, there are many good suppliers on the net and in these forums. Keep an eye out for sales in the supplier forums and you can get some smoking (no pun intended) deals. If you attend any of the VIP meetings that we have once a month you will get to know the local suppliers. We're lucky here in that they're all great suppliers. I've ordered from all of them at one point or another and have never had a bad experience.

Smoking everywhere, while not a bad product, is quite expensive compared to what you can get elsewhere, but I imagine you've figured that one out already hahaha...

So, don't be shy, this is a fun, friendly group so ask any questions you may have and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

I am certainly a gotta have it now type of guy...again my wonderful character flaw. So I will certainly need to get to know these people LOL. When and where do these meetings take place? Any suggestions on where to pick up some flavored juice and advise on a good flavor to start out with. I am leaning towards like chocolate or strawberry, not quite ready for creme brulee! LOL

LOL! The meetings are usually set up by our fearless leader Hellen A. Handbasket (aka Vicky) and I believe the next one is on the 14th of November. A thread will be posted with all the relevant info when the date is officially established.

As to the juice, if you want to stay with a local supplier and since you're in Surprise I would guess that Jerry at Aroma E-Juice is closer to you. He's located in Scottsdale. If you're in the East Valley then Matt with Wet Your Stick is your best bet (he's out of Tempe..if I'm not mistaken). They're both super cool guys and have EXCELLENT customer service and product. If you're not sure what flavor to get, you could always just get some samplers (small 4-5ml bottles at reduced cost) from them until you find what you like. Personally, I'm a big fan of Red Bull from Aroma E-Juice (my personal fav) and Cola from Wet Your Stick, but I haven't tried all of their flavors haha. And by the way, they both have chocolate haha. If you have any juice specific questions both Jerry and Matt will be happy to answer your questions, just send them an email from their respective sites.

CRAP! I almost forgot! Chad at ECigSupply also sells e-liquid so check him out too. I got the coconut from him and it was pretty tasty.

Thanks so much for all of the info! I am a question machine though today, how long does a typical atomizer and battery last for the Joye 510? I mean battery life like it's time to go buy a new one this one will not charge any longer?

Hmmm...well that's a good question. I don't really know. Maybe someone else in here might know. I've had my 510 for about 3 months now and my original batteries still take a charge. I rotate 4 batteries. I vape pretty constantly, but use a USB passthrough whenever possible. You definitely want to pick one of those up if you don't have one already.. and you can PM questions if ya like, I don't want to hijack this thread too much haha..

    Hihi grereed and welcome!

As a disclaimer...I've only been vaping for a month now but I wanted to give some data on the experiences of two vapers using, more or less, two different techniques.

The batt life on the 510 in usage is about 2-3 hours with pretty constant usage. On battery life regarding "when it's time to buy a new one" I dunno that yet...me and the SO have been using 2 batts each for the last month and they haven't shown any discernible signs of needing replaced. He has a PCC, and replaces the batt after a few vapes most of the time, so his batts are almost always at near full charge. I haven't gotten a PCC yet so I use my batts until they blink and then swap them out. I can't see any difference between the two techniques yet in regards to vaping battery life.

On attys...in the last month a total of 6 attys have been in use...5 of them still "work". None of them have been in constant usage for more than 4 days at a time aside from the very last one. I've been swapping them.

2 have been used since the beginning but refuse to wick...so I'm using them, until they die, as dripping attys. No problem with ohms as of yet or with buildup...both are a month old. Used by me.

2 others wicked perfectly fine but started to die in the unrecoverable fashion...IE..the ohms went up and they stopped producing as much vapor...They still technicly "work" but i've retired them until someone figures out how to recover them or to donate should someone need them for testing. 1 was about 3 weeks old (used by SO)...the other only 2 weeks...(used by me)

1 the SO complained about tasting burnt all the time so I fiddled with it and broke it .

1 other is only about a week old...wicks great and the SO is using it. Haven't done any cleaning and/or testing on it but he hasn't complained about it yet so I figure I'm all good LOL.

Interestingly...And I don't know if this is factual and I've only just thought of this after typing it...The attys that are used to drip appear to last longer than the attys that a cart is used on...at least in my case. Can anyone verify/deny this?

There are some people on the forums that can NEVER get an atty to last more than a week or two. There are others that swear they've been using the same atty for months now.

    Hey Grereed!
Welcome! Another Westsider (and I'm in Surprise too! 137th Ave between Greenway/Waddell (which is T-Bird out here).

You can find info. about your Smoking Everywhere model (and post questions if you don't find answers) here
Smoking Everywhere Gold, and NJOY NPRO Owners

SmokingEverywhere 3.0 was an RN4081 (which is the same as a Njoy Npro and Totally Wicked super). Someone else said it's a KR808 - I don't know anyone else selling those, maybe EastMall in China (awsome Supplier, and I highly recommend them).

Here are some vids about getting the most from filling/refilling/squeezing cartridges - How to ...

Other SE users have posted on filling the SE cartridges and other info. on using (dripping for best vapor)
    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...verywhere.html

This is the best place to start for information on models, use and liquids - Helpful links and videos for a new user.

Feel free to contact any of us via PM with questions. Maybe we can meet up since you are on my side of town, and I can show you several models that you can try out (yeah, I have a bunch of stuff in my handbasket!! LOL). I'm meeting up with David soon for a Tuesday happy hour, maybe you can join us or set up an early evening or weekend afternoon that works for you?
