New to this. Don't smoke but learning the ropes for my mother. Thought I would get her a kit for Christmas so I am trying to learn all I can. I saw a video last night on a forum but I am not sure it was this one --but she advertised this forum several times during the video. It was a great video about 55 minuts and pretty complete/inclusive how to etc. I can't find it today and I wanted to share it with mom. can someone direct me to it? It had alot of stuff in it you wouldn't necessarily learn until you had been vaping a while. The goth looking girl had a ring on every finger and good humor--just to get me back to her.

I forgot that I was meant to introduce myself here. My name is Carolina, and I live in Tucson. There doesn't seem to be a Tucson group, and I was invited to join this one by Hellen...thanks, Hellen. She has already provided me with a lot of info. My daughter and I watched 'Sharky's (?) video while we had dinner. It was very informative, but of course there's still a lot of research to be done. I don't want to waste my money (or my daughter's money...she's going to buy me what I need to get started as my Christmas gift!) So, I still need to check out quite a bit more. I am DETERMINED to actually QUIT cigs this time!! I appreciate any and all input. I wish there was a way to test some of them out. I HAVE noticed ads here suggesting that is possible, but I'm taking them with a grain of salt right now. I learned a LONG time ago that there's 'no such thing as a free lunch'. If any of these ads ARE 'legit', would someone let me know? Thanks.

BTW...I only heard about e cigs a few days ago. I can't believe I never heard of them before. I would have thought I would have seen them advertised SOMEWHERE online over the years. Of course, I tend to 'hang out' on food sites. Not a lot of foodies seem to smoke any more (well, except for a few of the rudest 'famous' chefs...LOL! I AM excited to see if my sense of taste changes. I've been 'off' cigs for about 2 weeks now, (and going nuts) I've been using nicotine lozenges, which really don't do much. I NEED the hand and mouth satisfaction. Tonight I've been 'puffing' on an unlit cig. That does help.

Again, thanks for having me. I do appreciate all the info here.

Whoops. That should have been "Spikey's video, NOT "Sharky's. Sorry for the mix-up. I have ADD, if that makes any diff...LOL! (Also a nicotine-deprived brain!)
