Iowa Gal - I really liked the Visions and after only a few hours of using the Vision Egos I like the Egos better.
    Vision Ego:
Lol - I'm not sure I need this much vapor. I get plenty of flavor, all my ejuice is extra flavor. Love not having the gurgle of the other Visions. I also like the smaller mouthpiece compared to the Vision. In a perfect world I would wish for a bit warmer vape.
I wonder if the vapor is warmer with the KGO compared to the EGO batts I am using.
Annette - the stronger sample of the Rose is a thumbs up in the Vision Ego.

Iowa Gal, now that I've had the Vision EGO for a while, I do find that there is a slight reduction in flavor vs. the Vision 2.5 mL, at least for me. It's not a lot and doesn't bother me with strong flavors, but I do notice it with more subtle flavors. I think there's a bit less throat hit too, although I like that and could be because I am using the higher ohms (lower ohm Vision Egos are on the way and should be in stock in about a week). However, the Vision Ego completely eliminates any leaking or bubbling through the central tube and is just so clean and fuss-free! I'm definitely going to keep both in stock from now on and I suspect both versions will have many fans.

I do not quite understand the ohms part. I use the eGoT batteries at 3.7- I have your new Vision Ego. Is this a good match or am I missing something? Thanks for explaining this.

    Good Morning VVer's...TGIF!!!!

MPage, wish I had time to help answer your question, but am sure someone will come along to help ya soon...in my opinion, 2.0 Ohm or LR carto's work best with the 3.7 batteries tho....

    Good Morning/Afternoon:
MPage - This is a bit of the blind leading the blind regarding ohms, but I will give it a shot: (any critical errors are strictly mine and do not reflect the knowledge of ECF vererans).

All atomizers and cartomizers have an electrical resistance rating called Ohms. We stick our Ohms rated juice burners onto our Personal Vaporizers (PVs). Our PVs are rated by Volts (3.3, 3.7, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 ect.).
These Volts and Ohms combine in some electrical formula, pulling amps from our batteries, and creating a wattage output. The higher the Watts the hotter the burn.

Ego batteries do very well with 2.0 ohms to 2.8 ohms (and run around 3.3 to 3.4 volts under load) . The Vision Ego, you bought, is at the higher end of the ohm range for Ego batteries, pulling less amps from the battery than 2.0 ohms would, and creating a lower wattage output, and a very nice vape.

Annette will be getting in Lower Resistance Vision Ego cartomizers. Lower Resistance, known as LR, are generally around 2.0 ohms (for Ego type batts). Lower Resistance 2.0 (ohms) will pull more amps, draining the battery a bit faster than 2.8 (ohms); but the 2.0 juice burner will be a hotter vape due to the higher Watts created.

MPage: I hope that made some sort of sense, the final result is a thumbs up on the Vision your going to stick on your Ego.

Thank you. That does help considerably so I copied it to my phone notes.

I have played around a bit with the ohms, and voltage, and this all has to do with style, and personal taste...
Problems that I have run into, with higher voltage, 5.0 + on standard or 4.0+ volts on LR-ohm =shorter cartomizer life, greater potential for dry hits or burnt taste, this is not always the case, but it just seems to make the equipment become more flakey faster. Or more potential to be e-liquid sensitive.
Plusses to higher voltage or lower ohms, = if you do not like to take long drags to get a good cloud, then well this helps, it produces more vapor in shorter time. Can be more cigarette-like, if you're used to stong smokes.
What I find... and what most will call a sweet spot is right around 3.7 v at 1.5 ohm, or 4.7 v at 2.7 ohm.
