Had lots of thunderstorms move thru in the midle of the night here last night, so was up half the night...way too tired this morning!! Hope everyone has a good day tho & now I'm off to get ready for work....

Same thing here, Ty! Major wind and storm last night, kept me up shaking the house! It's so dreary and foggy here today and...cold!

Good Afternoon. Moving forward in my quest to change myself from a smoking computer potato to a sprint triathalon senior athlete. Lol - this may take a loooooong time.
Yesterday I rode my new bike 2 miles, without any coasting, then got off and jogged for .25 miles. That is harder than it sounds.
(I know I am not suppose to run with my knee, but I just can't help trying it out and I think you could walk faster than my jog.)
I am so happy with my swim today! 50 meter pool: I front crawled 400 yards without any choking, swallowing water, rolling on my back 1/2 way down a 50. Slow as molasses but I had a nice smooth swim. I am improving

Annette, there's no real hurry on this question, but in the picture for the Tropical Storm it shows an avocado in with all the fruit- is there avocado in the juice? I'm guessing it's just a stock photo, but since I'm allergic to them I thought it might be better to ask first.

Well, it actually turned out to be a beautiful day here...sunny and 67 degrees! I tell you tho, this sure isn't normal Michigan weather and kind of makes ya wonder just what is happening, you know? It should still be pretty cold here, but the forcast says every day this wek will be abouve 60, tho it is suppose to rain & be dreary Thurs. & Friday.

Hi everyone, I'm ba-ack! Missed you!

To exaggerate, I've been away flirting with death, even though she be an ugly beast... but I'm healthy again and enjoying my tangerine dreamsicle!

Exaggeration aside, I found out the hard way that I'm diabetic. I checked myself into the clinic feeling horrible only to find my blood chemistry was way off the charts, so now the only sweets I'm partaking are Annette's sweet vapes, of which I have quite the selection

Welcome back, Rootwhacker! We missed you! So sorry to hear about your diabetes. At least you won't be completely deprived of sweets treats though! Take care of yourself!

I agree with Sandy....here I am in the middle of Iowa in March and its 70+ degrees all week long?? I love it.just worry we might end up with drought this year? Only time will tell. Hope everyone has a great evening....I need to get some work done around the house tonight. That is the down side of being out of town for the weekend.

Is anyone here on a lower nic strength? I only have 2 flavors at 12mg (both samples), everything else I have is at 6 or 9mg, but I'd love to get sampler-sizes of the new flavors, just for the sake of my wallet, so I'm wondering if anyone else who has started at lower nic has done fine at 12mg? Of my 2 samples, I have BCM, which seems harsh sometimes (maybe just because it's a strong flavor?) and Vanilla Blackberry Swirl, which I've been mixing with a bottle of 0mg that I have. I'm thinking that if I get samplers, if nothing else I can find out which flavors I really like then order a small bottle in a lower nic to mix it with. If no one has experience in this, no big deal, I just figured it was worth asking since I was thinking about ordering all 9 flavors in sample sizes (if I can manage to afford such a thing, plus new cartos to put everything in)

It's in the low 80s here in New Orleans, I'm loving it but VERY worried about how hot it's going to be this summer. Last August we had something like 2 weeks where the heat index had us around 120 & it was awful! The tourists are already complaining, so I'm hoping that I can find a new job soon that will be completely unrelated to tourism.

I'm husband-free this week! And tomorrow I have the day off, so I'm looking forward to a day of completely vegging out with my dog & being an absolute bum (which means I have to do everything that needs doing tonight.) I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am about this

Sydie, I vape 5 to 6 mg only, but have tried Annette's samples at 12 mg. I just have to vape on them a lot less then I normally do is all. I vape constantly, it seems , so when I try a sample at 12 mg, I just fill a carto and just vape on it here & there. If you are use to low mg and vape too much of the higher, you'll know when you've had too much, that's for sure! Hope that helps ypu a little at least....

I vape 24mg and have noticed the samples of the same flavor with lower nic are a lot smother. i think the higher nic levels make it harsher. The flavor is the same but 24mg is harsher than 12mg.. at least it seams that way to me..I plan on coming down a little on the nic next time to cut down the harshness.

I agree scooter...more nic = harsher, tho I don't notice a huge difference between the 5/6 and 12 mg...there is a little tho.
