Hi Annette - I am so glad you have reopened. Just placed an order. I have very little Kona Coffee Milkshake left and decided to expand my horizons by trying the vanilla latte and turkish roast coffees to hold me through until the KCM is available - love the coffee. I love cherries and thought I would also try your new cherry crush flavor. Can't wait till they arrive. Glad things are getting back on track for you!
yep...i ordered my first order today as well and the discount code seemed to work for my two Organic juices but not for the ECO juice...i am not sure if it just doesn't apply to ECO's or if it didn't work properly? either way, looking forward to trying out VV![]()

If there are exceptions to a discount, clarification by the vendor would be appropriate.
Hi, she did clarify in the newsletter sent out. When you go to the VV site make sure to sign up for the newsletter that way you will be up to date on all the latest news. I am not sure if it was posted on the site or not. Congratulations on your first order. Once you try the Ecopure Kona Milkshake or the Kona Caramel Ecopure you will understand why it doesn't really matter to some of us if we get a discount on it or not. Really the organics are super smooth too. You will enjoy. I can tell you that this stuff is so pure and you will be able to tell the difference. All the VV juices that I have tried do get much better with age. My biggest problem is letting them have time to age a little. I usually can't keep my hands off of them long enough.
There is no mention of exceptions to the discount here (see post #1) nor on the site.
This would have been my first transaction, so I can't comment on a newsletter that I don't receive.
I did email the proprietor for clarification after waiting for a comment here. Unfortunately, I haven't received a reply.
No congratulations necessary, as I didn't place the order.
I'm happy for you, and for your positive experience with this vendor.
On the other hand, I have no personal experience with this company other than an announcement that I read here - that enticed me to place a first order. I don't posses telepathy, so there's no way I could know about exceptions that are spelled out in a newsletter. When the code offered in the announcement didn't work, I simply requested a clarification - in case there was a glitch on the site (which happens). In the spirit of good will towards other new customers like myself, a simple reply to my post, or a reply to my email isn't an unreasonable request.
Cheers!
