Default Semi Wrecked & Totally Bonkers

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. My name is Cori... I like to think I'm not totally wrecked but sometimes I feel like it. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my late 20's and its gotten progressively worse over the years. I do know one thing, it was loads better when I was more active. I used to exercise on a regular basis but I've slowed down a lot the past few years. My poor ankles, knees, and lately my back have really been feeling it. Anyway I like to think I'm only semi wrecked, but there is no doubt I'm 100% bonkers. Lovely to meet you all.

Wow late 20's? That's the first time I've personally heard of anyone under 40 getting diagnosed with it. I heard there were shots though that can help with it. A friend of mine had it localized for the most part in her hand and she went for a series of shots and never heard her complain of pains since. I assume yours is not so much localized.
