I have OCD and kind of by default, GAD. I use cognitive behavioral therapy for both and it's WAY better than the drugs or acting out. I'm fairly sure that nicotine masks some of my symptoms so I'm concerned about going zero nic. On the other hand, I'm using L-theanine and I think if I bump it up quite a bit (it has no toxic level), that I can compensate for nic.
Thoughts? Anybody else here with anxiety or OCD?
I suffer with agitated depression and anxiety and OCD are large symptoms in it. OCD takes over my life most days it manifests in different ways but I am always compulsive, I am currently on a waiting list for CBT how would you rate it?
