Usb Charger? (solar power set up)

Hello, as you can see from the title I'm looking for a charger. I don't really need any specific specs (other than something that wont rapidly over charge my 16340's); except it needs to have a usb port for the power source. The only charger I've seen of the sort is the one that comes in the "Akston Hughes SVR kit". I recently ordered an Xtar Wp2 charger, but today I realized that the output from this charger is actually From the charger (intended on charging other devices from point A, the AC wall jack).
The reason I'm actually in need of a usb charger is because I have already purchased a Solar power usb charger/hub which is rated to put out 500 mah/5v and I am soon to be a Wildlands Firefighter (currently in training now). I need this sort of charging set up for I will be gone for up to 2 weeks at a time in nature... And I don't want to "survive" on ego's

Anyone have any thoughts on this set up or know where I might be able to find a decent charger?

Will you have access to a vehicle? The Trustfire TR-001 charger has a 12V input socket and you can get a cord for it. I found the cord on eBay - Trustfire TR-001 TR-003 Charger 12v Car Lighter Cord | eBay

Plenty of configuration options and price points to choose from, complete systems to individual components. I'm looking to pick up the 4W Fuse charger set to make it through Burning Man this year.
