That is a great price. Just be aware that they are (as the supplier clearly states) DSE 510, not Joye 510. Not saying they're bad; I don't know enough about the DSE 510s. ValueVapor's First Class shipping is $3.50.

If you want Joye 510, Rocky Mountain Vapor has them for $8 with free shipping (if you get at least two).

I just ordered 5 from Liberty Flights (US). They're listed as Joye 510s. Their unit price is $8.69 but, there's a 15% off coupon on the master coupon list (here) and they've got free shipping through March. Hopefully they're authentic Joye and no duds.

My supplier has been ZigCigs and lately he's been doing good deals on multiple attys. All 510s, all black. One for $11.95. Two for $19.95. And five for $26.49. Shipping is $9.99 on order under $100 though. But he's fast, nice and very customer friendly.
