I just recently got a shipment from Drew. I really like his nic juices. He threw in some freebies like the little wooden box, a dental tool and tweezers for changing out the cart filler. He did forget a bottle of juice and when I called him, we spoke for several minutes about juice flavors. A few days later, I got the missing bottle of juice, a sample bottle of another flavor (rasberry frap, that is really yummy) and a little cosmetic bag to hold supplies in. He doesn't carry anything lower than 24mg nic juice or 0mg.

My hobbies tend to involve things people can eat/imbibe LOL. I'm currently pretty obsessed with making dehydrated meals/snacks for lightweight backpacking goodies. (dehydrated chili "chips" are effin AWESOME) Also into making jams/preserves.

I'm currently toying with the idea of making homemade flavored vodka "samplers" for x-mas gifts. I made some bacon vodka a while ago and it was actually pretty ...different... not bad by any means...just not what you would expect. Kinda one of those things that make you go "ehhhh??? ...hey...*smacks lips* ...that's...wow." I thought of toying with flavors that you would more or less cook with instead of drink like basil, pepper, red chili peppers, etc. Though, if one was so inclined to drink said flavors...I would require a full review LOL.

    Oh So Cool!

I hope all of these ladies are still around... Can anyone chime in?

Wildsky, your crochet is beautiful & I love the sampler quilt u did- I can not crochet more than a chain- (one of the few things I have not been able to get the hang of)

Mary, I love your wood pieces- What type did you use? Balsa, teak...? Just beautiful! & U seem to be a woman of many trades as well

Karen, I do hope u are still here especially- I am going to PM u about the babies- Amazing is all I can say!

Donei, your creations are beautiful! You should get back into it and put up a website, look into your area for a womens group, community, local eateries, etc and get flyers together- Advertise yourself to those who will pay a fair price for your work! You are too good to accept pennies for that type of work and u are too good to quit altogether! I really hope you reconsider!

Nephthys, So cool, I wish you could post one of your outfits! I didn't pay attention to where you are located but there is a market for your work as well- & you perform? How cool!

Hellen, amazing buttons! I love them too but haven't considred myself a collector- I just like to use unique ones in my work or I make them from beads/ polymer clay- (yours are so cool)

celticflame, Chainmaille is one aspect I haven't gotten into but I have done a few patterns I modified for my work- amazing craft btw- Would love to see what you have- Do you sell?

Thatgirl, Dichroic glass is the reason I got into glasswork- I haven't done dichroic yet though- I have quite a few of the tools and I guess I have been too nervous to start (plus I kept waiting for my husband to get me a place I could do it w/o interupting our household- garage still has everything else- LOL I ended up going to polymer clay and do a mean polymer that looks like dichroic- I will have to get some of my things together and take pics!

Cori, I also have Photoshop, Corel, & have dabbled in graphic design- I can do quite a bit but it is really a lot of work- LOL I am still trying to master a mirrored cylinder reflecting a pic through it (like a glass orb-) I love my digital camera (Canon SX10is) I just got this one about 4 mos ago- Still haven't done everything with it

nicfix, are you going to post any of your work? Do you make your own beads w/ polymer or are you into sculpting? I would love to see-

Okay, I guess I should first say, I am a perfectionist- or so I have been told- LOL I don't think so but I believe in doing something so it looks retail ready-

I have done and still do Beading, Polymer, sewing/embroidery, glass work, candy making/ baking, spa type items- all types, cake decorating/ mix modifying, paper making, Stamping & scrapping- I have designed my own pieces, patterns, colors, etc in all avenues- I also do my own home improvements to a point, redoing old furniture is another hobby I love- Ooooh & yard sales/ flea markets! Love those bargains!
I have done many shows and plan to get back into the shows now that I am not working 12 plus hour days-
I still make candy and such for kids at holidays, teachers baskets, etc- Just don't use any naughty molds w/ that - only kid friendly- I still have my naughty molds I do occassionally for friends diff events, etc- In this of course, I have many flavorings so will probably get into DIY liquids at some point...
I was a Stampin Up Demonstrator for a long time and gave classes on techniques in stamping, cardmaking, gift boxes, gift bags, and more along with selling- I love that! My bead work is what I did more for shows along w/ polymer clay and then started doing my Stampin in the shows too-
I bead more jewelry type items but I have done a beaded lamps, beaded ornaments, beaded bags (not the exact technique I want to try but will post on that soon), beaded decoratiive items- I add beads to pillows, clothes, ornaments, etc- I love beading and have also done my own patterns, designs etc-
My sewing is another big love because I have an embroidery machine (a Bernina) along w/ 2 Singers- I make more totes and pillows than anything- I can not alter clothes very well- I would love to be able to (in alter I mean, size down an outfit to fit someone who lost weight, add to an outfit for someone who gained, etc)- I also do fleece blankets, hats, gloves, etc

I am an eclectic crafter if that's what you want to call it because I do love dabbling in many-
I love Trash 2 Treasure crafting- It drives my husband insane because I "save" things- LOL Biggest things I do- turning soda/ beer cans into game boards, turning the capri sonne, kool aid juice packs into purses and wallets, turning light bulbs (the old kind not the new energy savers) into hot air balloons and ornaments- (this is beautiful when done by the way)- I also make lighthouses and bird baths from flower pots- (that is probably my, "it looks home made" craft) lol
I can stay on this board forever! LOL
Mary, maybe we can do a sign up for an ornament swap for Christmas or something?
I belong to 2 craft boards that I love- I used to moderate on one until I stepped down due to work- I still visit though- & now am psyched to have more time-
I love doing swaps and contests- always ready for a challenge!

I also belong to a photoshop board and a photography board- I am still considered a beginner on those- The guys on there are amazing though! - I would love to do a video of my photos and such w/ music- I will learn that soon-
Other than Prince, my next biggest love is Mickey! We are DVC members and I can't get enough of Disney! Best purchase I ever made! LOL
Okay, as you all will learn I am long-winded and about every post will turn into a novella- so excuse that up front-
I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this far
I will get pics and post some of my creations soon!
Have a wonderful day- I am off to read a few more posts!

    Very nice!
Quite a few of those ladies have moved on to other boards or have graduated into the world of no smoke/no vape! A few may have even gotten "real lives"
But try P.M.ing them if you want to contact them. They may still check their in boxes.
I use what ever wood is around..balsa is too veiny for me, a nice place to start but it doesn't hold sheen or have grain. Teak is too hard..you need better tools then a hobbiest has. Cedar is my favorite! The smell alone is wonderful, but it also comes in many colors..on one piece of wood! Dark brown, red, pink and white. Perfect for intarsia..that's the art of cutting pieces like a jigsaw and fitting them together to make a multi colored picture. Traditionaly done with many colors and types of wood from ancient times, (Egpyptions did it with wood and metal) it's the forerunner of inlaid wood furniture. I normally just use cedar!
