Fun, Frightening and Foolish flavors

When we smoked, I bet like me ,you were die hard branded. Marlboro, Misty, Salem ect. One flavor for years. So why is it we get taste fatique with P.V.'s? I need to change up all the time!
Tonight I decided to mix things up. I like clove..but not enough to vape it alone so I added peach to it! That was really nice. The peach I have is a bit weak tasting (No taste buds) so that mix kicked it up a notch...Bam!
I also have a nice chocolate, that goes well with a dab of vanilla. Tonight I tried Chocolate with cream and a dab of vanilla. It was chocolate milk! The thing that made it odd was the atty I used had spearmint lingering in it.
My worst tasting mix was apple marlboro...ugh!

Have you done a mad scientist mix? Maybe an accidental flavor? How about a "Gone Wrong"

I mixed Bavarian Cream and Orange, I added the orange cream afterwards as I couldn't STAND the bavarian cream... gawd it was nasty!

Maykay you are so right on! I am/was a staunch Old Gold smoker. When I deceided to do the vapin thing that's all I wanted was an anolog taste. It only took 2 days, actually my first 4 prefills, and I was ready to try new stuff LOL. I just got 4 new flavors today. The PS cola smells good but kinda tastes like chemial to me. Any ideas what to doctor it up with? I have started collecting the makings for my 'lab' LOL 20 blank carts, big bottle of PG, glyercin and I'm waiting on the flavorings. Can't wait to see what you gals have vaped! dawnlori

Apple Marboro sounds really disgusting. Cloves or licorice will never touch these lips. But that cherry really woke up my tastebuds. And funny, I never get immune to anything vanilla, I can always taste that.

I got Cherry to mix with Mike's marlboro. It's the only "flavor" he will try. Once in a while I get the atty's mixed up and he gets "second hand" flavor..lol At least with the amount he has cut down, he can taste it!
I do like the cherry in small amounts.
That could be a solution to Dawn's problem..a cherry coke! Or maybe a tobacco flavor to add to the cola.

Want to hear really dumb? I went scrounching in my baking drawer and found 2 LorAnn's flavors and a couble of McCormick flavors. For some stupid reason I didn't think to mix them with some pg first and added CINNIMON (it was not an oil) to the cart with apple. Only one drop..OMG! Not only did I deaden my mouth and lips but I had to wash the atty. I could have burned myself..that stuff can be dangerous.
I brushed my teeth and gargled. I washed my hands and face twice.
Being basicly dumb at times, I did the same thing with LorAnn's orange..added it to cream. One puff and it was clear I was brain dead! It did not taste like orange cream or Orange Julius But it did taste like I fell face first in a pile of oranges and tried to eat all with the rinds on!
Brushed my teeth and I washed my hands and face again!

I used to smoke menthol cigs, so when I first started vaping I was obsessed about having menthol & mint juice. I never could get a real menthol feeling with them, even after ordering menthol crystals to add... so started making my own assorted liquids with PG & Lorann flavors. I enjoy most all of them, but only for short periods. The only one I make that I vape all the time is coffee. I never get tired of it (but I used to drink about 3 pots of coffee a day when I smoked... now down to just 2-3 cups a day.) I guess I now just enjoy vapin' my coffee instead!

Gosh some days I"m just dumb, I'm thinking it was the new atty that tasted funky. Cherry does sound good as does vanilla, can't wait to give them a try. d

Love Cherry. Vape Low regular Tobacco mostly, but the Cherry 24mg is great for an occasional kick in a 901 or 401 atty.
Hate the Cola too - when I see a good Rum flavouring or liquid that is around and affordable I will experiment!!! The Cola will keep for awhile yet.

Why is it that all new e-cig people have to try to make the experiance of vaping the same as the analog smoking? I know I did. The place I bought my first e-cig was Smoke Free, just like Smoking everywhere at 1/2 the price. Thier menthol was ok but not good. It almost turned me off to e-cigs until I found this place and the wonderful world of flavor.
I vaped Mike's Cherry again and I have to say..I Like it! It does taste a bit cough mediciny..but that's ok.
I tried to like the capachino, but it tastes more like peach then capachino. I ordered coffee from Vapor 4 life, which is really David Yang's Eastmall liquid I think. Anyway that should punch up the cap.
What should I do with the watermelon..no flavor I can identify. It's so faint I am not sure what it is.

LOL, me too! I guess starting out we want the closest thing to the tobacco taste as we can get, maybe to ensure success and/or fear of quitting analogs?

Other than the tobacco flavors, the only other one I've tried is Johnson Creek's Hawaiian Kona Coffee. I really like it, but in small doses. I can't vape it all day. I may be one of the oddballs who will be sticking with tobacco flavored only.

I don't want to really LIKE vaping.
