    Thumbs up Milestones!

I am shamelessly patting myself on the back! It isn't that easy you know.
I made it smoke free for one whole month!
Well it's really 28 days but by the calendar it's 4 weeks. I am not one to pick nits.
That's a really awful saying if you think about it..Nit picking.

Back to the subject at hand, before that train of thought goes completly off the rails.
    One month!!
Whoohoo! That's the longest I have managed in 37 years.
Keep me company and post your milestones, a day, a week a month..ect.

Gosh Marykay you must have been reading my mind! Congrats to you, thats awesome. For the first time in 30 yrs I have not had an anolog for 25hrs, thats one whole day! I've only been vapin full time since last Saturday, 5 days now, so I'm pretty jacked up about this! For the first couple of days I had an anolog right when I woke up then went on the ecig. Felt like I needed that jolt right away, you know caffine and nicotine! Today I just grabbed the little 901 and have stayed with it all day. Do you think about anologs during the day? I did acouple of times today but didn't do it. If I can get a decent throat hit then I'm fine. What do you vap and what mg of juice? I'm proud of both of us! dawnlori

    Congrats MaryKay!

    Heh 28 days IS a month .

Just keep on going, I have found it disturbingly easy to avoid analogs since I started PVing.

That last carton I got a day before my first PV arrived (801) haunts me (of Scottish descent ) in that there are still 9 full packs and part of one (in the car console) left. In the bad ole days that carton would have lasted me much less than a week and I still have it going on about 75 days now . I do one occasionally "just because" but it sure isn't inspiring to anything but not doing them.

Did you ever find menthol crystals?

Good on ya (as my Aussie friends would say) and keep up the good work!

Outstanding MaryKay, very awesome accomplishment!!!!! It's not an easy thing to do, but I'm telling you, it gets even EASIER as you go. I am almost at the 2 month mark and I now can finally say that I have ZERO desire for an analog. Zero. I'm now getting ready to reduce my nic levels even further. I'm beginning to think now, that this IS more hand to mouth than nic. So we shall see. I'm letting her down slowly.

Congrats Mary Kary, Dawnlori, and Fox3!!!! It is a big deal. I was so proud of myself when I hit 4 weeks. I hit my 7 weeks today. I smoked for 36 years so this is a big deal for me too. I know I'm never going back. I can't believe how much better my house smells. I noticed that right away. And that's just one of the bennies. I kept 2 unopened packs in my possession for the first 2 weeks as a security blanket in case I freaked out. I was determined not to open them but could not give them up. Finally after 2 weeks I knew I was well on my way so I gave them away. I even smiled when I did it. It's so funny, now when I go into a convenience store and see cigarettes, I just smile and pat my wallet knowing my money is not going to those. My health either!

That's so funny! Lucky and I posted at the same time. She was my big inspiration. She quit like the day before I did and we have been supporting each other ever since.

Thank you all so much, I am on cloud nine! Congrats to all of you too. This is just an amazing group of people.
Dawn, it took me a week to give up my analogs, hang in there. I keep a P.V. by my bed so I can lite up the room. Mike says it's just annoying..but who cares.
I am a wimp, I don't care about throat hits or nic. I started with 18mg on one bottle after that I ordered all 11, now I am ordering 6 or O nic. Lucky is right, for me it is hand to mouth.
I am vaping RY4, Spearmint, apple and 555. I have other flavors but since I got them in small bottles I am using them for treats. All of mine are PG.
As for thinking of analogs, I have no choice, I clean the house which means I empty Mom and Mike's ashtrays. but I don't want one of thier analogs. I keep a fresh pack..well a month old unopened pack, just to say I can have one if I want.
Fox, I got some menthol crystals coming from Juicy Juice. I am just going to order some water soluble peppermint from Bickfords. LorAnn's has oil in it.
Lucky, I can't tell the diff between the nic levels, if I feel any cravings I just go hit Mike's 24mg once or twice and that calms the beast.
Jo, At least my family room smells good, Mike and Mom let me have one room without smoke. besides that's where my computer is!
Thanks and post more of your milestones too!
