    Default I still can't find it !!!

Ladies !!!! What have you put in a safe place...you know exactly where it will be when you go to get it...THEN...you go to get it and it's GONE !?!?!?!?!

I have/had a heavy gold ring in a baggie...always kept it in the same place for years.
Had it in my purse to get it weighed.
Was going out, and didn't want it in my purse.... ! Oh ...I'll just put it here for now. (brain says put it away) ....Cindy says...I will remember where it is and put it back later !

    Been 3 months.....I still can't find it !!!!

Ladies, share your story !!! .............................

Oh I just love when I do things like this. Did you check the strange places like the fridge, or on top of the fridge, in the pantry or cabinets? Where do you keep your purse, is it kept in a closet, maybe you placed it in a safe place there.

If all else fails ask St. Anthony for help. I know it's silly but St. Anthony has helped me out a few times.

I wear eyeglasses and have to put them up on my printer which is on a high shelf above my computer. My tom cat loves to get a hold of them but they are safe up there. I was getting ready for work and for some reason, they weren't there. I automatically thought he ran off with them. I went to the bathroom, after an hour of searching the floor, and they were in my drawer. I put them there when I took a shower. I was really worried because I need them to drive.

I don't ever misplace things, my kids always move them on me. It's all my kids fault I tell you, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

There's nothing that I don't misplace...well except my new 5v~which was missing for about 4 seconds yesterday and even though I have back ups...The PANIC! OMG! You'd thought I'd lost my 1st born!! Which incidentally is 5 so when I don't have pockets (urgh..note to contact mini for lanyard, stupid florida weather) I set it high, and yep in the closet top shelf from hanging clothes.

If my head were not attached, I would loose it. As for inanimate objects, do not go there! I loose things "putting them in a safe place" all the time!

I have One of those moments at least once a day! I put up my good watch when my oldest grandson was little. It took 3 years to find it (I had to get a new battery too) My kids check the freezer first! Everyone looks on top of my head when I loose my glasses. My keys are always in some pocket of my purse I swear wasn't there before.
But the best one was when I took a strangers arm at an expo and walked the whole isle with him until I looked up from the stuff on the table to see hubby and some strange lady standing there. When I looked at who I was holding..he was grinning from ear to ear! All Mike said was " C'mon Lucy" and held out his arm!
