Haha, all these responses are hilarious! Well I guess I can dish about Steve's rather annoying habits. :-) He does drop his clothes anywhere and everywhere even if I have just cleaned so that everything is put away and tidy. He has gotten into the "leaving the toilet seat up" habit lately, and I've caught the dogs drinking out of it...yuck.

I think the most annoying thing is when he's playing on his playstation (or on the forums) and I try to talk to him and he completely ignores me as if I'm not even in the room. I don't think an earthquake would break his concentration! I could go on and on, as I'm sure most of you could, but I'll leave it at that...for now.

I've been married to the same man for over 10 years, and he can't seem to ever put things in the right places in the cabinets, or to fold sheets and towles the correct way so they fit and stack nicely. I have given up on my linen closets, and my kitchen is a constant struggle to organize.

I haven't had the luxury of living with my husband yet (mil wife here, he had to leave right after we got married), however I CAN say, that he can annoy me just as bad over the phone. Actually, I think he annoys me more over the phone than he does in person. HA HA. But then again, maybe that's cause we haven't lived together yet. That will change come September though.

It depends on how he was raised. if his mother treated him like the jr. Lord of the manor..you will have some serious retraining to do. If he was raised like my son..he can cook and do for himself! Hubby's dad raised him so he thinks nothing of cleaning and cooking, 21 years Military service also helped his attitude.
You said you were a new Military wife? Welcome to the club! I am a retiree's wife and daughter. Those boot camps help a lot..lol!
Thank you and your husband for his Military Service, it is greatly appreciated.

Congrats and good luck, it's a hard life. I recommend generous doses of patience.
