The receip sounds great but I'm not so sure about cottage cheese first thing in the morning.
on the bright side...(sorta) one bite of cottage cheese is almost no cottage cheese at all.

Beans-I used to do the coffee and vape. My other half brings me a teaspoon of cottage cheese and 3 strawberries cut in half in the mornings now-lol. I eat the cottage cheese in one bite-ugh and chase it with the strawberries!
I'd like that because I love cottage cheese.
This recipe was made by a weight watchers member. 1 C = 1 pt. according to her calculations. I only make this every few weeks because I would tire of it in a hurry. It tastes like a slightly spicy vegetable soup.
Eight Can Soup
1 15 oz can Corn (only can drained)
2 cans Hormel Meatless Chili
1 15 oz Veg-All
1 15 oz can Navy beans
1 can Campbell's Old Fashioned Vegetable soup
1 15 oz can Italian Green beans
1 15 oz can Tomatoes and Okra
Heat to a simmer.

Thanks and get your head out of the pantry! If you were here in the mornings I would happily slide mine over to ya. Not that I don't like it, I just don't like it in the morning. Come to think of it, I only like cottage cheese with canned peaches and the peaches aren't back on the eating list yet.
