You know Tiffy, Anlot of what people report as side effects are just from quitting cigs. I have quit a number of times and lot of things happened..other then trying to kill everyone in site.
I think the e-cigs make the non-smoking so much easier, but it doesn't stop the side effets. They just aren't as acute as they would be cold turkey (wonder why people say that? I love cold turkey with a dash of mayo on white bread..I digress..)
I am glad everything is going so well for you! I just love vaping!

I like mine the same way only on whole wheat and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on the mayo. D@mn I'm gonna have to buy some turkey breasts now.

I think I would rather eat my chicken and beef. But for the guy upstairs in E-cig general who wants a salty taste, this may be it!
I also don't want to vape flowers..they look pretty and smell nice but I will leave it that!

LOL I love cold turkey sandwiches (on Thanksgiving evening usually) with miracle whip (the one rare time when I prefer it) with a little salt and pepper... I'm with Tiffy on this one... I think an increase in eating is my only side effect but I've always overate... guess I'm just gonna have to stock up on Smart Ones. haha Maybe these food flavors will help us curb the food craving? I know another liquid supplier has Kung Pao Chicken. hehe

My doc would probably prefer I get my meat flavor fix that way than to actually eat it, d@mn cholesterol.

I have noticed I am not compulsively eating chocolate bar minis any more; but that may just be that I am not nic-fitting any more, that always causes me compulsive chocolate consumption.

For me, working can cause compulsive chocolate consumption, being on the computer can cause compulsive chocolate consumption, driving can cause compulsive chocolate consumption, sitting can cause compulsive chocolate consumption... basically being awake for me can cause compulsive chocolate consumption... you get the drift... *giggle*

LOL I used to be like that when I was a teen, then one day I ate like a pound of chocolate in an hour while doing house work and my dad decided my chocolate addiction had gotten out of control. He didn't let me have chocolate for 6 months...hmm ya know come to think of it it was during those 6 months that I started smoking...

Beatle, I use to make my kids friends name the Beatles before they could come in the house..I was teasing of course but one young man left and came back later..he went home to ask his mom! That was better then the guy who named the Monkey's and another who was surprised Paul was in a band before Wings..I asked him to leave! Daughter was not amused!
I find that vaping has cut down my food intake, I can now vape my choco rather then buy the mini's and eat 14 of them..boy they are small!
My lower diabetic sugar levels can thank vaping for that as well as losing weight from not eating all night! Analogs are supose to be an appitite supressant..yeah right! I never met a chocolate I wouldn't eat!
