Default E.F.T. aka Tapping can lessen you pain, or remove them completely!

I was asked to post this again-

in this post I tell someone about using EFT to stop wanting those last few analogs. EFT can be used for so much more pain relief is what the wrecked and bonkers people need, so please try this and tell me how it works for you.

Robert

I posted this earlier to someone with the same problem. Please try this it takes 5-10 minutes and can change your life.

My first 5-6 days with the PV I was the same way- I still needed that real smoke.

I had tried using EFT to quit smoking before the PV but it didn't work.

The first thing I noticed is that after 2-3 day of my 510 analogs taste terrible. They also gave me a headache, but this still wasn't enough to make me quit.
I have been using E.F.T. Emotional Freedom Techniques ( a needle less form of accupuncture ) for various physical and emotional issues. EFT or Tapping as it is better known can really help a person change unwanted thoughts and relieve physical pains.
I started Tapping on "Even though I want a real cigarette...." after two day of tapping on and off I am over analogs.. It is amazing to me.
EFT is free to learn at EFT Home - World Center for EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)[/url]
Here is how you do it- Everyone Please try this on anything that is bothering you, it will help.

PS
I would love to hear anyones result using EFT. I know it works even though it seems like the strangest thing in the world.
pps
Even though the video dosen't say anything about using EFT to stop smoking, EFT will work on anything and everything. I am using EFT in a program I call "Tapping on Golf Performance" I have improved golf scores with tapping. PM me if your interested.

Thanks Robert! I am sure this will be of interest now that's it's in it's own thread and visible.
Much appreciated.

I use EFT. It helps my sinuses and headaches. But it doesn't get the bones off the nerves in my neck. They've left out a couple of what I feel are critical pressure points - the top of the muscle in your forearm - poke around just below your elbow on the top of your forearm and you'll probably find it. Also, the tap point on the ring finger, same as other fingers. And, for headaches, in your palm, follow the base of your thumb to the 'dent' and on the back of your hand opposite the dent. It's the muscle between your thumb and forefinger, run your fingers up till you hit bone and then back off to the edge of the muscle. I like pressure better than tapping there.

Doesn't work as well as acupuncture for me, but, hey, it's FREE! And it does decrease my pain levels.

An open discussion of this technique is good, maybe it will help others who have chronic pain, fibromyalgia, anxiety and other disabilities / health issues that make daily functioning difficult! Thanks for posting!

You have the idea and it sounds like you know some of the points, but it dosen't sound to me like you are doing EFT correctly.

The link I gave above is the Long Form of EFT for Begineers the Short Form is easier to use.

This is how to do it correctly except for 1 thing. Where it says to Tap the Sore Spot 3 time while making your set up statement, I feel it is better to Tap the Karate Chop Point instead of the Sore Spot.
Note- Use Karate Chop point during set up statement.
Short Form http://theamt.com/library/EFT_On_A_Page.pdf
Long Form http://www.centerforinnerhealing.com..._on_a_page.pdf

Follow these directions to the letter, and I believe you will have a better experience. Except substitute Kate Chop Point for Sore Spot.

Note the Sore Spot method also works, but it is often Sore just like it's name implies so rubbing it can cause more stress. That is why we use the Karate Chop Point

Start rate your pain level 1-10

Tap Karate Chop Point say "Even though I have this pain in my___________, I love and accept myself" do this 3 times.

Now tap through the points on the face eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, upper lip, collar bone, under arm.

Follow the directions in the PDF's to the letter

Try this on any type of pain you have- be sure to rate the pain (SUD's) before you tap and after so you can tell if it helps.

Robert, I left all that out because it's in the doc you linked to, I just wrote what I add to it after I do that tap sequence - actually what I was shown to do (by a homeopathic practitioner) in addition to the points they list. I had acupuncture for a couple of years with very good results, but I can't afford it anymore.

I should have said tap points instead of pressure points - I just think of EFT as a variation of acupressure I guess.

But my neck has degenerated to the point that bone touches nerve, and when the nerves kick up, acupuncture or EFT isn't gonna move the bone, but the chiropractor can! It's all part of integrated alternative medicine and I've managed to not have any surgery and I'm able to manage the pain quite effectively by attacking from all other fronts!

I have had limited personal success with EFT... in spite of going to a specialist. For me, it works well for physical ailments, but does little for the mental and emotional. I have tried it solo, with my husband leading me through it, and with paid specialists. I have ALSO tried some of the "reversal" exercises, also with little luck.

Default hi..

I am always keen to find practical ways to help my clients heal and grow, and often it is the very questions that clients raise that prompt me to seek out new approaches or solutions. This was certainly the case with my discovery of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). One particular client had asked how her partner, who was an otherwise very successful businessman, could overcome his anxieties about public speaking. It’s not an illness or a disability, and yet can be very limiting. We can understand rationally WHY we have a certain problem, and whilst understanding can be very useful, it does not necessarily lead to resolution of the problem.

EFT still is a highly unconventional method and yet it is completely safe, being based on balancing the natural flow of the body’s energy system. Sometimes the technique works incredibly fast, sometimes it requires persistence.
What are the anxieties that are holding you back from living the authentic and rewarding life that I passionately believe we can all live? And this is not just about having more or accumulating more, it is about being more.
Just imagine what you could be if you could get rid of this stubborn headaches. Just imagine being free from these exam nerves. Just imagine having the courage to say what you really mean, and feeling OK about it. The list is endless and you will find examples that are relevant for you.
Allow me to share with you this technique which I have found profoundly helpful in many cases, both with myself and others, in reducing if not eliminating anxieties and pains.
