Advice from taperers and quitters?
ATM I am merely reducing cigs. In a few months Imma switch to vaping. Im going to use WTA e-liquids, because I was in the past unable to quit with nic alone (I did 3 months with the wta's though).
I want to taper the WTA and nic, probably by simply slowly diluting with a zero nic e-fluid. Id like to do this over about a year, or year and a half, and then stop vaping.
I wanted to know if any of you successful quitters or taperers had any advice for me, especially on what kinda schedule of tapering is ideal for the body and mind to adjust?
