some new toys...and some old ones
New ones: GI Tanto, trench hawk, 2 handed machetes- all from cold steel:
Long Gerber Gator machete:
Bio-ware, the only zombie tool you will ever need:
We have 4 stores in Hampton Roads, VA open 7 days a week..
Its gonna take more than a couple cheesy videos before I get rid of my guns and edged weapons.
I'm afraid I am woefully unprepared in the weapons department. A couple swords, an oar & a hatchet.
Guess I'd better keep on the lookout for an abandoned duffel on the side of the road.
I have a shopping list going;
Big shooting thingies with boxes of ammo
Big sharp cutting thingies
Bigger mag lite
rubber balls & napalm
Last edited by technovapir; 03-04-2011 at 11:11 PM. Reason: had to add napalm
and dont forget the black cowboy hat and black leather duster...all great zombie hunters will be wearing them
Also on the list should be 550 paracord http://www.survivaltopics.com/survival/550-paracord/

Snarf! I'm liking the look of those two handed machetes mutt! I'm more than a little out of practice with the trench hawk though, is it still balanced for throwing? If worse comes to worse and you need something sharp, there's always sandstone laying around and if not, look for some flint. You'd be surprised at just how sharp a flint knife really is! All you need is flint, fire, and a nail to knap one out and something to wrap the handle with...
OH! and baking soda. Don't forget baking soda, it's not just baking and everyone forgets it!
