No I was going to buy Stevia from the grocery store. I didn't think it mattered, does it?

I would like to start making my own Sweetener with Stevia mixed with PG 10 ml bottle for DIY...would like to know if my thinking of 9:1 (9 parts PG to 1 part pure Stevia powder) would be correct? I have tried Sweeteners from Flavor West and TFA but did not like them. Thanks in advance for your help.
