A month in, and I'm back to part-time smoking

So I've been smoking for over a year and a half, starting solely with Black Clove cigarettes, but then switching to Camel Menthol lights when the ban came down.
When I first got my kit, I was excited. It offered so many opportunities for flavor and was a MUCH safer alternative.
However, over the last couple of weeks I've gone back to a pack a day. With vaping indoors only. It's not that I'm afraid to vape around others, just that sometimes I need that extra nic-kick I'm not getting out of vaping. Like when I'm working, or when I'm stressed. I'm upping my nic strengths a little. We'll see how that works.

What type of PV do you use? That could also be an issue. Let's face it, there are good PV and bad PV's. Some deliver and some don't. I started with the Blu and found it worked but not good enough to keep me from smoking. So I switched to a Joye 510 and stopped within a couple of days and never touched another regular cigarette again. And like you said, another key factor is the nic content. If 6mg carts are not doing it, then up it to 12mg. Stick with it though. Don't give in so easily. Vaping really is healthier for you. :)

Good luck with that! Part time smoking is better than full time, I'm sure you'll eventually find your right fix throughout the day. No one said this was going to be easy

I use a VaporKing, which i totally love. I think it's more of a ritual thing for me. There's nothing quite like lighting up. God forbid I accidentally light my PV on fire! However I will say that I'm going to be cutting out the Camels completely, regardless of whether I totally quit or not. If nothing else, I'm going back to my Blacks, ban or not!

Thanks for the support guys. I didn't realize just how difficult quitting really was. Mad respect for people who've done it.
