I'm on day 8 today of e-cigs. Ugh, I woke up to - what I think - is a canker sore. Painful as ****. Will not let it detract me.
I'm a little concerned about the habit issue for tomorrow. The next 3 days with work, I need to tackle a really boring type project where I would normally chain smoke. I'll take it on one hour at a time!
So for the update on where I am. I had been smoking an average of 50 analogs a day before. Yesterday I had planned on having no more than 10 - cutting back 1 from previous day. I got to 9. I had started using a timer to increasing space analogs but started yesterday just putting my max allowance in it's own pack to stagger.
