salt seemed to help the canker sore. Today was first day back at work so I went to bed earlier. Am also cutting back on caffeine. Had a really really difficult night trying to sleep. It's the first time I've had any coughing since starting on e-cigs and it was a miserable night. Do not feel like I got anywhere near enough sleep. Woke up with a minor headache. One of the ones that is JUST enough to annoy.
5 hours or so into my work day and it's proving to be a challenge. I had to reset the interval spacing on analogs because I had way too much anxiety. But that's okay. I didn't get to 50 analogs/day overnight and I don't expect to kick every single situation at one time.
