I was told by some friends and the guy at my local vape shop that an IPV3 would be good for cloud chasing but they never told me how many ohms i should be running and i have no idea how to get my ohms up.

The beauty of using a high variable v/w mod is you don't have to build low sub-ohm coils to get a great vape. In fact, low sub-ohm coils defeat the purpose of using said devise, and work against you.

OHM'S LAW

Ohm's Law for Dummies (Vapers)
* My attempt at explaining Ohm's Law in layman terms and how it relates to vaping.

* As simple as it is to use, some people have a tough time grasping the concept. Warning: Includes graphic photos of mod explosions.

COILING CALCULATOR

Here are a few links for you regarding building coils and getting the resistance just where you want it:
1. Steam Engine
2. Coil Toy Calculator

Make sure to check your build with an ohm reader or DMM before putting it on your mod and firing it.

The Steam Engine is much more than just a coil calculator. I consider it my "All in One" vaping calculator.
