Ether Vapes, Rocking the NET

So, I've been asked to review some NET's and decided to start with Ether Vapes by My friend Vash. It just so happens that while I was doing my trials here I was also checking out some Tunes on Pandora, soooooo, I've decided to Rock the Boat! Everything being reviewed has been tasted at 9-13 watts in either a nautilus or Nautilus mini at either 1.6 or 1.8 ohm coils. All we're run on both my MVP 2 or VV4.
I'm going to start with Bali Nights. Bali was the first NET I tried for ether vapes. When it showed up it was young and Uneducated. it was Ralph Macchio in Crossroads young. It was fresh from creation, 50/50 12mg nic. UnAged Bali is easy listening easy vaping. It's smooth and light flavored, but there is potential hiding in the background. 1extra week of steeping added a bit if flavor and some color. Little Ralphie playing his first club. One more week and now we got some game! The flavor and color are growing, the depth is deepening, and the punch is punching. It's time to get up and outplay little Stevie Vai! This little boy grew a set in a few weeks and can now make the train come. He took a while to grow up, but he became a rocker in the end. Just add the basics of Andres Segovia to a little Blind Dog and you got a winner baby! One thing I will add is that I think if you are going to vape this baby low wattage in a similar tank I think a higher nic is the way to go. A little bit of pepper will hit this nicely! If you are going to sub ohm I suggest you up the vg to the 75 version. When I threw it in the sub nano it was a little harsh at 50/50.

Next on the list is Confederate. This little Rebel came right out of the bottle rockin and Rollin'! This stuff has a little Stevie Ray in it! This is one bad assed little southern boy! Right out of the mail this has character and style. Another 50/50 at 12mg nicotine, but no steeping was needed. There are overtones of deep woods earthiness and back notes of subtle vanilla. There is a bit of sweetness since I opted to add a little menthol to the mix, but it can't overpower the smooth tobacco. This is full bodied but smooth. It's like Stevie Ray Vaughn playing Memphis...back woods blues with a rebel kick! After a week the flavor continues to grow and deepen and the notes become clearer and cleaner. I can't put this one down yet and I'm in no rush to do so!

Next up...soft baked doodle! Stuck it in the sub tank nano with the 1.2 ohm coil...dialed up to 15 watts and dayuuum! I'm not a big snicker doodle fan, buuuuut, this has got some nice clean flavor. It's like, have you ever really sat and listened to Clapton play the blues???? Very note is clear as a bell and has its own character that adds to the tune. That is this vape! Every flavor has it's own personality, and they all come together to create a nice synthesis that adds to the quality of the overall vape. I keep hearing "'for you ' cuse me, take a look at yourself". I guess I'll just have to suffer through the rest of this tank....and the next...and the next...
New delivery, new coils, nice pretty clean tank. Time for Bayou Brew. I was prepared for something very different from this NET. I Was prepared for a down and dirty swampy brew. I was calling it "swamp juice" when I ordered it, and I was wrong! This is more like "Swamp Sugar"! I didn't expect the Perique to be so sweet and light. I think I was expecting something more raw and musky. Instead I found something sweet and refined. This vape is B.B King. B.B. Plays the notes one at a time and you hear every tone and very nuance. That is this blend! I chose a higher nicotine on this and I definitely felt the throat hit. This was a new mod for me ( an istick20) and I pushed it up at 15 watts. Man o man this makes Lucille sing baby!! There are nice, sweet almost cinnamon like notes with a nice light smooth tobacco overtone. When I say sweet, it's not a fake sweet. No malto like taste. It's a pure natural sugar cane like sweetness that's balanced just right on a razors edge. Don't be fooled by the Louisiana birthplace! This is more like mint julep at the Derby.
UPDATE: New confederate aged a bit longer? WOW:ohmy: A darker almost molasses like color, and the flavor is deeeeeeeep! Just a batter and better vape for this blend! This rebel definitely has a cause!

Overall this is a great start with Ether vapes!! I can't say that any of them let me down at all. I even got turned around on the soft baked doodle, and that isn't in my flavor profile! If you like tobacco flavors I suggest you absolutely give Ether vapes a try! I can't wait for the next set to come for me to check out! I'm looking forward to the Gold Leaf, Top Leaf and Red Sky! I think maybe a little more of the bakery based on the doodle too! No question on the thumbs up here:thumb:
