Welcome to my blog! This is my first try at creating a blog...actually bot sure what a blog is...but I assume it is like an on line 'Diary'. LoL
To start with I am a Canadian, living in Surrey, British Columbia (just outside Vancouver Canada). I am 70 years old and lived here in B.C. most of my life. My early years were in Victoria BC where I grew up.
I have been diagnosed with COPD (emphysema) and have been coping with it for 10-15 years (give or take) I smoked a pack and a half of cigarettes in my adult life, but started smoking when I was 12 years old.
since June this year I started vaping 24mg juice and haven't had a cigarette since the middle of June.
