Ok this post is not directed at anyone, but I have just seen enough that I have got to get it off my chest.

I am so sick and tired of reading negative supplier reviews!!!:-x
Of course I don't have to read them, but it's just like when u see an accident and notice all the lookie Lou's slowing down traffic and u think, o just keep I moving would u? But then there u are hitting ur brakes doing the exact same thing when u get close enough. In short I can't help it. And apparently I am not the only one with this issue, just take a look for yourself, look at how many ppl read the positive reviews, compared to how many read the negative ones. It's really surprising. There are several times more ppl who read negative than read positive.

I wish there were more places vendors could post, can they still read if they can't post, idk? It is very sad to me to see ppl ripped off, belittled, ignored, sent the wrong thing, sent nothing, and sent things that don't work as advertised. And I think it is such a cop out that vendors get away with the doa policy? Why don't we as vapers demand more? Sight unseen purchasing is not a practice for the faint of heart. We as vapers have virtually nothing to go on when purchasing (unles u are lucky enough to have a vape shop nearby, or a vape bud, which I do not :( ) other than reviews from here and the vendors description. :glare:

Nothing, and I do mean nothing infuriates me more than finding a juice or piece of hardware I like, reading all the reviews I can find, searching for the best deal, waiting for the mailman, only to find I have an unvapeable juice or a pos piece of hardware!!:mad: then to top it all off I know then that I am now stuck with my lil jewel, because I am surely not going to sell something I don't like to someone else. Right now at this very moment I have a brand spanking new ce2 tank that I am afraid to put 5 ml of my beloved highbrow juice in because if it doesn't work right, I don't know what would happen.

I venture to say that if vendors were forced to do business in a different way, they would not feel so high and mighty. I used to do ALOT of business with a brick and mortar shop until I figured out I was paying more than a 100% markup, that my mod had used parts off of an rc car on it and that the juices he advertised as hand mixed were actually RE mixed from other vendors, I had enough. I am sure he saw dollar signs when he saw me coming then more than likely giggled like a lil girl when I walked out of his store broke :(

I long for the day when quality control reigns in the ecig biz, and u can get something that will work with out "fiddling". I do more fiddling with all my gear than I like to admit, and I only do because I have toto get something I researched to work!! What ever happened to that beautiful saying "money back guarantee?" heck I have one of those on a can of green beans I bought from the store, but it does not exist in the ecig biz!! or how bout "works or it's free!! " ? Wouldn't that be a sight?? I bet they wouldn't be so quick to send out sub par items then!! Why do we let them get away with it!? Better even still why do they continue to sell products they know SUCK??!! Do they depend on our stupidity??

Ok, ok, maybe I am being harsh :2cool: . I know some vendors are working very hard to be on the cutting edge of the next new "it" thing. I understand that there are issues with orders, employees, overhead, and of course they still have to have a life themselves. But if it's too much for u then maybe u should, hire some help, or get out. Taking vacations or shutting down a site when u are providing a product that is feeding someone's addiction is just asking to be on the receiving end of someone's latest rant. This community has been more than forgiving and understanding of most vendor woes, we are forced to deal with it, because again its an addiction.

In closing i want to say I watch the threads pretty close, I do my research and try to help as much as I can with putting the word out there for vendors. I trust. In the meantime I keep hoping I will see a "new " type of vendor. One that does provide a money back guarantee, or will let u at the very least exchange a product that u cannot use. I know that with liquids that is not possible, but with hardware I think it should be.

If u are considering going into the ecig biz before u do think of the following
1) thick skin
2) honesty
3) be able to deal with vets and noobs
4) money back guarantee
5) exchanges on unopened merchandise
6) fair prices and good sales (otherwise don't bother, it's far to competitive to start up and not have your pricing right)

If there is a vendor like that please do tell, and if u are going to be a new vendor like that I would love to be your first customer! :vapor:
