Here's an ECC 2013 interview with P.O.E.T. CEO Randy Freer. Out of all the juices companies that were new to me at ECC 2013, I was most impressed by P.O.E.T. (Pursuit of Excellent Taste). The company uses a culinary approach to make some complex juices. The owner isn't big on single-note juices and started a company to make the kinds of juice he enjoys vaping. In addition to his philosophy on juice making and the company's background, Freer goes through the current P.O.E.T. lineup and teases flavors to come.
